Fountain in front courtyard has a timer on it but make sure not to run overnight as it can burn out the motor. Fires are not allowed in back

I moved to Old Town Scottsdale for a reason, its the only place in mind mind to live and vacation.

What makes this property unique

My property is very unique, its an end unit that faces water, the 8th hole of a Golf Course and along the Scottsdale Green Belt. The Green belt is a very special place that has trails all the way from Tempe Town Lake all along Hayden road all the way to Shea blvd. Its full of Golf courses, parks, frisbee golf, water, baseball fields, dog parks and a plethora of other things, even homelessness lol, just don't go south.
