Discover this charming unit in the heart of Newark's vibrant Ironbound district. Perfectly situated with easy access to local hotspots, diverse dining, and cultural gems. Just a short trip to Manhattan, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and the best of Newark right at your doorstep.

Pennington Street is in a safe, family-friendly, residential neighborhood of the Ironbound region of Newark. Many families live in the area, and it’s very peaceful, safe and welcoming.

This listing is on the third floor of a three-story house that has been divided into separate apartments. Each room has a TV in addition to the living room. The building is secure with an exterior camera, and you’ll have private access to your space. You won’t be sharing your apartment with anyone else, only the exterior areas.

The sofa adjacent to the dining table is a pull-out sofa that turns into a bed, offering additional sleeping space if needed. There is also an additional foldable bed stored in the hallway closet for your convenience.

A washer and dryer are available for your use on the first floor. You’ll find the letter “L” written on the door of the laundry room. Please note that this is a shared space, so be mindful to keep it clean and tidy. A hamper is stored in the hallway closet and can be used to hold dirty clothes before washing. The closet also contains an iron, ironing board, and other necessary items for your convenience. Kindly remove your washed and dried clothes immediately after use to ensure everyone’s comfort and access. Please note that there is a private bathroom inside the laundry room that belongs to Unit G and is not accessible to other guests.

There is one free parking space on the premises for the unit. Street parking is also available, but please be mindful of alternate side parking regulations for street cleaning to avoid any tickets.

Overall good location and nicely maintained home. AC vents and return air grill needed cleaning. Windows in the house should have some sort of protective netting or screen. It could be little dangerous around kids if the windows are open.

The apartment is beautiful looks exactly as the pictures, the host was responsive and was trying to solve the WiFi problem we had. Upon our arrival until our return the WiFi was only working in the living room. That was the only downside we found in that property other than that everything was good.

I must say this was the stay from hell! To having to check out due to guest below fighting and police were called. To smoke detectors beeping all night but no smoke detectors even installed. Dirty walls, no soap, no air fresheners. Plug ins but nothing in them. The heat did not work either. Do not interpret do not book here. Even though the host was responsive it was still an unpleasant stay. If you see this keep listing scrolling.
