A New fully furnished and stylished one bedroom apartment at Qerret Beach, Durres, Albania. Apartment is very well located and only 150 meters from the beach, close to the beach bars, restorants and hotels. A very comfortable and quite apartment furnished with all the necessary furnitures, a very nice and brautiful view grom the balcony over the green pines, fourth floor. You will never forget about Qerret any more…You are just one “click” away from this unforgetable location. It is not that crowdy as other locations in Durres or other beaches in South Albania. Beach is sandy amd part of the Adriatic Sea. English is spoken all around…There are lots of nice beach bars and restaurants mostly with sea food, traditional cuisine or italian cuisine. A place to be remembred for a life time. Qerret is also a boomy construction area with new brandy Hotels, Private Villas and stylished new apartments. It is actually the the proper moment to invest and buy a property there. In the recent 2-3 years the prices in this area have increased significantlly and all the expectations are to grow even more than double. All new constructions will also have a brand hotel on the side to be just Luxury.

We love to wellcome nice people as our guests at our One Bedroom Apartment at Qerret Brach, Durres, Albania. Qerret is unique quite place and ideal for family holidays. Actually Qerret is booming Every guest is a new experience for us. We love this part of the job speaking English and wellcoming people from atound the world. Just give us a chance and you will ask to come back again and keep these records im your memories for a long time.

Why they chose this property

Location is just quite and only 1/2 hour from Rinas International Airport and less than one hour from Capital Tirana. Instead of South Rocky Beaches we prefer Adriatic Sea with its wide sandy beaches which is the best choice mostly for couples and young families with their own kids or children. Nice view from balcony surrounded by pine trees. Qerret is actually booming. Location is very good and in less than 150 meters walking you will find yourself in front of the brach bars area, nice restaurants, pizzeria, hotels, etc…Just give yourself a chance and you will never forget about Qerret Beach.

This is a new stylish apartment, fully furnished. All the furnitures are branded and new ones. Apartment is in the third floor and only 150 meters from the beach.
