Get ready to relax in this colorful 3-bedroom casita in the heart of the North Valley in Albuquerque. This property, built in the 1930's, features original hard wood floors, New Mexican décor, a private backyard with grill, and a gated yard. Perfect for a family getaway!
Centrally located, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a nearby walking trail, you are within a short drive to Old Town, the Aquarium, the Botanic Gardens, the Nature Center and Balloon Fiesta Park. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to sit in or drive through, or you can stay in and cook in the fully stocked kitchen.
This property maintains an historic charm with a modern twist. While there's no dishwasher, you will enjoy the comfort of four adjustable mini-split heating/cooling systems, a full-sized washer/dryer, two smart TVs and wifi. You will have access to a single-car garage with an extended driveway. Our property has a no smoking, no party policy.
Small to medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Please note, although the property is gated, small dogs may be able to slip through gate rungs if unattended. And cleaning up after your fur babies is required and appreciated.
