This is the second floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of natural light and a balcony for watching the sunset. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles.
*We are happy to accommodate our guests with furry friends. Please refer to the pet charge under our fees section. There is also a $150 refundable security deposit, which is enforced by our booking software prior to check-in.

We had a great stay! The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of items, which made things very convenient. The place was also decorated very cute and felt welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Everything about this property listing was what we were expecting. This property is very close to the bustling area by Meeting St. for restaurants and shopping and is not a far drive to the beach or other tourist attractions in the area! We stayed here for our honeymoon and were extremely happy with this as our choice! I recommend a compact car for Charleston as parking is tight everywhere.

The accommodations were perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was clean and it was conveniently located. It was also well stocked with coffee toiletries and most things that you would need.It was a 10-minute walk to King Street but there are also several places within a few steps of the condo. Charleston is a great City and this is a great place to stay if you're in the area.
There were no stoppers in the sink or tub so I bought some. The faucets needed new filters as the water sprayed on sink in bathroom & kitchen. Nice big living room and adequate bedrooms. Great location except for noise from traffic and ambulance and helicopters for Medical Univ.

Once we got into the correct apt. it was great. Rented apt advertised, but put into 2nd floor apt. (1st floor rented). Parking is great. I would recommend this host and property to anyone.
