The building, Icon 56, is a private, safe, brand-new apartment block with great views of the city and the river. The rooftop infinity pool is a perfect place for swimming, sunbathing and chilling out after a day of sightseeing. The views day and night are breathtaking. Smoke detector and sprinkler are in each unit and in all common areas of the building.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the building with soundproof walls. You will have complete silence while reading or sleeping, not being disturbed by noises from traffic, something you'd appreciate a lot while you're in Vietnam :-)
This 88 square meter unit includes:
+ 1 living room
+ 1 kitchen
+ 3 bedrooms (1 King-size bed and 2 Queen-size beds)
+ 2 bathrooms
+ 1 balcony :-)
and is equipped with:
+ 4 A/Cs
+ smart TV with more than 180 local and international channels, exclusive HD movie channels, YouTube, Bluetooth connection to your mobile phone, etc.
+ fridge/ freezer
