Nestled on a peaceful 10-acre homestead just minutes from Gainesville Airport, The Raceway, and city proper this renovated 1976 Avion La Grande Caravan offers a perfect blend of retro charm with modern touches.

Enjoy walking trails, abundant wildlife, and meet our goats, pigs, and chickens! Newest litter of piglets born 1/24/2026! We’d love to show you around our homestead. We practice organic practices and like to see ourselves as homesteaders who use what we have to improve the land.

Features include a fully stocked retro kitchen, comfy beds, hot/cold mini split, on demand hot water, outdoor deck, and eco-friendly compost toilet. Down a quiet dirt road yet close to downtown, UF, breweries, and nearby springs. Perfect for a unique nature getaway with modern comforts!

Turn off the lights and return the keys

We want you to feel refreshed and rested when you leave. Do not worry about making beds or taking out trash. We will handle that after checkout.

The only ask that you wash any dishes, place wet towels in shower, and don't forget to return the key to key rack by the door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet time after 9pm

Since we have animals on property absolutely no animals are allowed on property at any time.

Fencing around animal enclosure has electric. DO NOT TOUCH. Please never go into or reach limbs into pigs and chicken enclosures without us present.

Lovely, unique place minutes from Gainesville. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Definitely has a vibe. Great communication by owners. The friendliest goats and pigs so happy to see us each morning. If you’re wondering if you should stay here, the answer is a definite heck yeah!
