It was a great place to stay to get back and forth to the convention center for a show. The host communicated with us and had all the information we needed before arrival with no hiccups. It’s a nice quaint apartment right in the middle of Philly and is located over an amazing small japenese restaurant will definitely be staying again next year

Host was very responsive, room was clean, and it was overall a great experience. I will definitely be back my next trip to Philly.

The host was wonderful, very responsive, excellent communication; the studio, well, it was a bit grim. It had everything I needed, don't get me wrong, and it was clean, it was just dark and noisy. It is down a dark and grungy alley, the entrance is next to garbage bins across from a parking garage and not all that intuitive with lock boxes etc. The noise was a constant fan or HVAC unit across the alleyway running 24/7 (bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise) While it wasn't a cheery place it was certainly adequate and as the old adage says, you get what you pay for. I have no regrets staying there but I don't think I will be visiting that property again.

The room 2R is extremely noisy, mainly form the ventilation of the neighbouring Carpark building. They should have stated it clearly in the property description. Maybe somebody wouldn't mind, but I couldn’t stand. The room should have double window panes to soundproof the terrible noise. Shower head is dripping and making an annoying noise like a clock. Air conditioner is making loud noise. as well as the refrigerator. The service is so bad. No access code given and I could not open the door. No phone number I can call. I sent an email and waited for half an hour for a reply. It was so cold and nowhere to hide. I was just standing outside. They said they’ve sent me message through Verbo but not entry code was mentioned. The photo in the entry instruction is misleading, there are three rows of lockboxes, not two rows as shown in the photo. And that took me another 20 minutes to figure out in the cold dark place. In conclusion, terrible noise not mentioned anywhere in the posting, bad customer service, difficult to communicate. And absolutely no refund. I ended up going to another hotel to sleep.

The location was convenient - right next to Reading Market, with Trader Joe's a block away and plenty of public transportation. The entrance in the alley was a bit dicey - and the parking lot across the alley could be loud. The apartment itself had just about everything you could need for a week's stay. The bathroom was a stinky - and I couldn't get rid of the smell.
