This newly built villa is located in typical central Istria with unbelievable view on Adriatic sea, and very often you can see unbelievable sunsets on Adriatic Sea. Villa is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, and in neighborhood you can buy olive oil from that trees . Villa si located in a calm village Sveti Ivan near Poreč, few steps away from the typical Istrian’s church from 17th century surrounded by a beautiful park.

The villa is decorated in modern Tuscan style and includes handmade artworks of local and foreign designers and artists, made especially for this villa and you will not find them anywhere else in the world. The garden of the villa is planted according to the Feng Shui principle, which, once connected with the true Istrian nature, will give you an unforgettable experience, relaxation and the influx of new energy. Villa is situated only a few kilometers from the old center of Poreč and it’s close to several beaches which are easily reachable by car. Outside in the private garden you will find a 50 m2 private pool with heating foul, covered dining area and a full equipped summer kitchen with barbecue built again from the white Istrian stones. All of the 4 bedrooms have separate and private en-suite bathrooms.
