The space
We are just a short walk to the famous 16,000+ sq. ft Oasis Club as well as The Retreat Club. Access is included for FREE with your stay! The clubhouse has a variety of amenities, include lazy river, waterslide, splash park, spa, restaurant, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, movie theater, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, etc.

The community has other parks with playground, basketball courts, soccer field, and bathrooms.

ChampionsGate is home to two Greg Norman designed world-famous championship 18 hole golf courses. Our guests have access to the courses, but there is a fee to play golf.

• The spa is integrated with the pool. The pool must be heated in order to enjoy the heated spa as we cannot separate the heating.
(Please note, when ambient temps are too low, the pool heater may not be able to keep up, in general we can heat the water to about 25-30 degrees higher than ambient air temperature)

Free Cable and Wi-Fi
Guests can enjoy free cable and Wi-Fi throughout the property. This means that you can stay connected with friends and family, or stream your favorite shows and movies.

Guest access
Our property is contactless Self Check-In & Check-Out. You will receive a keypad code a week prior to your arrival which will be valid for your entire stay until check-out.

ChampionsGate is a gated community with 24/7 guard presence. Drivers will need to be registered in advance to enter the community (1 driver per car)

A maximum of 4 cars are permitted per reservation. You can park 2 cars on the driveway. No RVs, campers, or trailers allowed by HOA.

Other things to note
We would like to provide our guests with the best service possible during your stay. We will do our best to resolve issues promptly if you reach out right away!

Per Florida regulations, we are unable to provide food items in the refrigerator or pantry including basic condiments, oil, coffee, etc. All food items will be removed after checkout.

There are floodlight cameras monitoring the driveway and sides the house for safety and security. There are no cameras over the patio or pool area. It does not record audio.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). Refunds will adhere to the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

POOL HEAT: There is an additional charge of $40/day for pool heating, which must be applied for the entire stay and paid one week before your arrival date.
Please note our pool heater is an electric HEAT PUMP and may not be able to fully heat the pool up to 88F during colder months between November through March if the surrounding air temperature is too low (at or below 55F degrees). Spa cannot be heated individually, the entire pool and SPA will be heated which may take up to 24 hours.
