Cute cottage and perfect place for our stay to scallop, we spent everyday on the water and it was close to the boat ramp so we didn’t have to travel far to put the boat in. It was pet friendly so we felt comfortable having our pup with us and could take him on walks safely.

Parking for up to three boat trailers and trucks. On a particularly hot day, the AC will hit a low of about 75. Evenings are comfortable. Beds and pillows as well. Well maintained and clean.

The house is super cute, decked out with turtle decor. The gathering areas were spacious. They provided fun little extras like popcorn and toothbrushes and tiny toothpastes that the kids enjoyed using. The location was perfect for a short walk or drive to watch the sunset. The water at the house was at the end of the water source so sadly we weren’t able to fish or catch crab like we had hoped with the kids as the tide affected us greatly. The beds weren’t very comfortable to us as we are more plush vs firm (the sheets wereCozy) and have plastic on them which woke us when we moved so we slept on the couches. The internet service was good for catching up on work and streaming movies at night. The ice machine also startled us at times and woke us throughout the night. The kids enjoyed playing Uno and cards which were a great way toUnwind after a day at Steinhatchee for the Fiddler Crab Festival.
