The property was dirty. Condom wrappers on the floor next to the bed, stains on the floors, walls, and doors. There were concerns for safety which was not taken seriously. I was at the property for an hour before packing up and leaving. Property owner and VRBO was notified about concerns and that I was checking out. Owner refused to issue a refund. I understand that times are hard for everyone, and I tried to work with the owner. No dice. Is what it is, just want to save someone else’s time and money.
