The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet especially given the proximity to major shopping and food options. The host was very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The living space was spacious with room for our baby to play. We would have liked larger towels in the bathroom.

Inside was lovely --very updated and lots of open space. Host made sure that it was family friendly (high chair available, some toys, etc) which we appreciated.Our only issue was the location. This property is right across the street from a Starship adult store. For us, it did not seem like the best area as a family traveling with young children.

One of the things we love most about this property is how conveniently situated it is — guests have a wealth of dining, shopping, and everyday essentials just minutes away, which many families find incredibly helpful when traveling. Like any bustling commercial area, the individual tenants in the surrounding shops are outside of our control as homeowners, but we hope the overall convenience of the neighborhood added some ease to your trip. Clean, minimally decorated. Nice Reno. Not the greatest neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe. Main road & strip mall pretty close, so a little loud traffic. Overall, decent place. Manager quick to respond w/any issues. Definitely needs more ‘hosting’ touches, but had a fair amount. Enough for our needs. Would consider renting again.
