KBR 204,Aloha! Welcome to our piece of paradise! Kamaole Beach Royale is in a premier location of S. Kihei. 1 bed/1 bath condo - 300 yards from Kam 1 beach, known for great swimming & snorkelling! Plenty of shopping, dining/pubs, beaches, natural foods, Snorkel Bob's rental within walking distance. The best Rooftop deck with sweeping panoramic ocean views and BarBQ Grills. Our condo is fully equipped with everything to feel at home, incl. free WiFi, parking, 2TVs/Cable (1 UHD Smart TV), A/C, new king bed, queen sofabed and finally a large lanai to end your day.

The condo is in a hotel zone, hence approved to remain as a short term rental by the Governor, has been updated with Keyless entry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, new king bed, new queen sofabed with 6 inch mattress, Air Conditioner, lanai flooring, outdoor and indoor dining sets, portable bluetooth stereo, beach chairs, boogie boards, Flatscreen TV's in living and bedroom (1 UHD Smart TV). Free Wifi works great, ceiling fans and free parking for 1 car.

An updated large lanai (balcony) with partial ocean view and pull down screens to keep the sun and heat out of unit on those extra hot days. You can hear the ocean waves from inside the unit! We have beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and 2 sizes of coolers for your excursions to the beach and around the island!

Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, full size stove, washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, blender, food processor, Keurig, rice cooker, BBQ tools, coffee bean grinder, beautiful cabinetry, fully stocked and tidy!

Recently updated Bathroom has a nice step up shower, no tub.

Bedroom: Very comfortable king bed, New linens and towels.

This unit is suitable for 4 maximum.

We provide our guests details on sights to see, restaurants, luau's, and more! Many of the best restaurants are walkable from our condo, most within 5 minutes!

Watch the whales from the rooftop or catch the amazing sunsets! Better yet, grab your camera, beach chairs, cooler and go enjoy the sunset on the beach! The sun sets between 5:30 and 7:30 pm year round! Amazing!

Maui has more miles of swimmable beaches than any other island in Hawaii. From the jet-black sands of Wai‘anapanapa to the sugary sands of Kihei, a day at the beach is an integral part of the classic Maui experience.

For more than one reason, the Island of Maui is consistently rated the Best Island in the world. Not only do the visitors and happy locals of Maui know this, but so do the humpback whales. Year after year, humpback whales travel from cool Alaskan waters all the way to warm Hawaiian oceans for their annual winter breeding. They are first spotted in Maui’s waters as early as October and their presence gradually increases as more pods and escorts finally arrive in Hawaii just in time for the holiday season. Maui’s Whale Season runs from mid-Fall to April. The peak season for watching whales is generally during the latter part of the season; January, February and March.

Excellent property, near all amenities that you need. Has a parking spot for your stay. The condo is clean, tidy and well stocked, just need to buy your food!!! The best part, is the perfect position for sundown! We also viewed whales from the balcony, binoculars were a nice touch! Communication with the owners was excellent and questions usually answered within a couple of hours, even with a 10 hour time difference! I would recommend this property.

A great stay at KBR!

This was our 3rd time staying in this complex, and you really can't beat it! This condo was fairly well-equipped, and was very tidy. We had to reach out to the hosts a couple times while were there, and they were always quick to respond.

The location was the best, walking distance to everything. Everyone we met at the property was so friendly and helpful. They loved sharing their favourite spots, which we loved. Weather is hot and no wind. Beach is beautiful and right across the road.

Wonderful in Every Way

The condo was clean, well outfitted with any kind of item you would need for in the condo, and also for the beach. The owners were easy to get ahold of and all of the workers in the condo were friendly too. The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean!Thank you for a wonderful stay, we truly had a relaxing time.

The location was wonderful with just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The owners were very quick to respond to small issues (replacing a light bulb and a towel rack). Lots of homey amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs!

The accommodations were wonderful and perfect for spending time at the beach, which is a short walk from the condo. The owners thoughtfully provided beach gear which made going to the beach a delightful experience. They even had sunblock available! We loved spending time on the lanai and watching the sunset from the roof was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

A clean and comfortable condo

We were very pleased with the location of this property as we were able to walk to local restaurants, shopping and beaches. We are also impressed with the staff who look after the building. Andrew and Lynn care about their condo and keep improving it.

Lovely condo in south Kihei

My husband & I loved staying at this well-equipped condo. Great area - right across the street from the lovely Kam 1 beach, many great shops & restaurants within walking distance. Exactly as advertised. Great communicative hosts and easy (keycode) check-in. Lovely lanai with ocean views, and the BBQ + social area on the rooftop patio was a dream for drinking a beer and watching the sun set. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Maui getaway

What a lovely space! We had a great trip to Maui thanks to Lynn and Andrew. They gave us plenty of suggestions to help make our trip fun and enjoyable. Communication was great, check in was super easy and everything was as described. The condo is just steps from Kam 1, which was never too crowded and had great snorkeling. Food and shops near the condo were great. Easy drive from the airport. We loved everything and can't wait to go back!

We spent 15 wonderful days in this Kihei property. It has everything anyone could possibly need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, even beach toys if you have kids with you. The sunset from the roof top BBQ area was stunning. Beautiful Kamaole beach just across the road with great snorkeling; I was lucky enough to get swim with sea turtles 3 times. Restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely look at booking this property again.

Perfect Location in Kihei

This condo served as our first stop on our honeymoon and it was a great place to be for five days. A one-minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of food, coffee, shops, etc within walking distance. The rooftop was our favorite part... we grilled dinner and got to eat with an amazing view of the sunset. Our only complaint would be the AC unit was getting mildewy and let off a musty smell when used. Still highly recommend this awesome condo!

Maui Wowie!

We had such a great time in Maui and at Kamaole Beach Royale. Andrew & Lynn's condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & was incredibly clean & tidy when we arrived. The location of the condo was great and right across the street from three beaches! All the beaches were perfect for swimming, snorkeling or watching the sunset! We swam with so many turtles at the first beach! The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella & coolers to take to the beach and we greatly appreciated all these amenities! Thanks again for the perfect stay! We will be back sooner rather than later!

What a great spot!

We had such a wonderful Anniversary trip! The location was amazing and we found so many hidden gems near the resort to eat at that had healthier options. The bed and furniture is so comfortable and that really helped us, as both my husband and I have chronic pain issues. Flights are usually pretty hard on us so we were extremely grateful for the comfy bed and awesome recliner! We are looking forward to returning soon and would definitely want to stay in the same unit again. Andrew is so pleasant and helpful and answers messages very quickly. Kihei is our happy place! Highly recommend this resort. It was easy to book, check in, and check out. We want to give a big MAHALO!

First trip to Maui

Our family, myself my 2 sons and fiancé had a wonderful stay at Lynn and Andrews condo in Kihei. The location was fabulous, centrally located. 25 minutes from the airport and most beaches and tourist places were within an hour 0r 1.5 hr drive . Local shops, snorkel and surfboard rental and restaurants were very close and only a 20 minute walk to the Kihei food truck park and Foodland.The condo was stocked with everything needed to cook and had a well stocked cupboard of spices and almost everything needed to cook. They even provided BBQ tongs and array of utensils to BBQ on the rooftop. Also, so wonderful where the beach chairs, wagon , and boogie boards and noodles to use at the beach.It was our first time and I had researched a few towns on the island to stay and was so happy with Kihei. The beach is very close. a couple minutes walking distance as well as the ABC store. Will definitely return to this property on the next trip to Maui. Highly recommended!

Wonderful condo, great hosts, perfect location!

We felt very comfortable in this condo from the very first moment. We had a wonderful time here. The condo is perfectly equipped and lovingly decorated. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the location just a few steps from the lovely beach, the beach chairs and parasol. Moreover there are guidebooks, games, books, bodyboards and even reef-friendly sunscreen was provided. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the sea breeze and the view from our Lanei. The hosts are very friendly. They responded very quickly to our questions at all times. We can definitely recommend this condo to everyone. We will choose this unit again next time for sure. Aloha! We are Lynn and Andrew. Thanks for popping in. We married on CharleyYoung/Kam 1 beach, in Kihei in 2010 (we were Maui'd) and continued our travels to several other destinations, but Maui captivated our hearts and always called us back.

Each one of the Hawaiian Islands is amazing but Maui is the best and for us, feels like home. We have realized our dream to own a condo in South Kihei sooner than ever possible due to a deep friendship and sisterhood, and for that we are truly thankful.

We now want to share our little piece of paradise with people who want to experience the meaning of Aloha. Our condo is in a prime location and fully equipped with everything you need for your Hawaii get away.

We love to explore this majestic island and walk the beaches in hopes to find the magnificent sea turtle sunning in the sand. There are many to be seen in the ocean off shore right in front of the condo! or when snorkeling on the beaches in Maui!

Take your beach chairs across the street to the beach or view the sunset from the rooftop deck! The sun sets early and fast here! Between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm year round. Bring your camera!

Everything you need is right here within walking distance! Shopping, dining, casual eating, bike and snorkel rental, pubs and beaches!
