Dog friendly subject to prior notice and payment of $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put all used towels in bath or shower and leave bed linens on the beds. Please place trash bins at the curb for Monday morning pickup. All trash should be in trash bins upon checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind allowed on entire PREMISES. Violation of this rule will result in $400 fine.
