Beautiful private Villa Picuzzi! Near Downtown
Beautiful 3-bedroom villa in the Primavera II complex located near the El Coral - Punta Cana highway. Just 5 minutes from the area's most visited sites (downtown), such as plazas, banks, Downtown Mall, Paseo San Juan, Sunix gas station, restaurants, bars, Cocobongo, and Dolphin Mall. Enjoy the proximity of everything in a comfortable, quiet, and safe complex. Note: Electricity is not included; it is charged based on consumption at the local rate. See house manual.
The space
A two-story villa. The first level features a living room, kitchen, and dining room, a shared or guest bathroom, a laundry area, a jacuzzi, outdoor furniture, and a patio. The second level features three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Guest access
Guests also have access to the resort's two pool areas and basketball court.
Other things to note
