Breathtaking Hudson River views from this custom-designed hilltop contemporary. This home boasts a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, skylights, hardwood and slate floors with distant views from most rooms. Great spaces for family and entertaining. Natural private setting abuts Hudson National Golf Course. Very convenient to Croton Arboretum, shopping, restaurants and other village amenities. Just five minutes to Croton-Harmon train station, and 45 minute train ride to Manhattan.

Enjoy the daffodil fields around the property that will be in bloom all of April!

This property truly is a Birder's paradise. One of our regular visitors is an osprey who likes to enjoy his fish in the tree overlooking the deck!

Two minute drive to miles of nature trails including the Brinton Brooke Bird Sanctuary and the Croton Arboretum.

A five minute drive through town to the Croton Dam and Aqueduct, a must-see attraction!

Our stay was just perfect Our host was very responsive and communication was great. We loved the house, it is an older home, just very cozy and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay there again.

The weather at the time of our visit was unusually hot and our host was so accommodating with trying to cool the house down. He really did go all out in trying to make us comfortable. However, the two window units were just not sufficient to cool the house, nor were they situated in places where the air was able to circulate throughout the house. The house is older but comfortable enough with appropriate seating but lacking in lighting in the bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The house was easy to access, and the outside surroundings were quite beautiful. I will say everything was very clean, with plenty of clean towels. The washer and dryer were excellent. All in all, everything was adequate for our needs and our host was great.

Local Croton resident with knowledge of the area. Whether you're looking for a bite to eat, good coffee, or a nice trail to walk, there is something for everyone. Make sure you get to see the Croton Dam before you leave, a truly unique spectacle.

What makes this property unique

Beautifully secluded in Nature while being close to town and all local shops. As well as a 45 minute train ride to Manhattan! Nature trails and scenic river walks are a stone's throw away.
