Charming tiny cottage in the Fulton Heights Neighborhood of Grand Rapids includes with all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 3 miles from the city center. The home is ideally situated very close to Aquinas College, about 2 miles to both Medical Mile and Mary Free Bed Rehab Hospital. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools to make a great meal - dishwasher, gas range, microwave, with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, french press, and sharp knives. If you need anything else, please ask!

The living room has a leather furniture, and flat screen tv.

One bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, and the other is an office with a twin day bed. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower enclosure, perfect for relaxing after a long day trekking around the city.

The second bedroom has a twin daybed, and large desk.

A charming sun room provides for additional space; great for evening cocktails. In the backyard you'll find a large landscaped yard with perennials and patio all under a giant oak.

Basic comcast cable and a Roku box with premium channels including HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime, PBS (may vary). Utilities, driveway snow removal, trash and internet included. If utilities (electric and or gas) exceed $100 per bill, you'll be charged overage). This shouldn't happen unless you leave the doors open with the air conditions or heat on. Air conditioners will be installed around June 15- Sept 15 as needed. All linens included. Any other questions, please ask. :)

This is a very small home, suitable for small family, 3 but not more. Also suitable for two business travelers needing separate rooms.

Long term guests have access to laundry area in the basement.

Quiet residential neighborhood close to the city. Walking distance from the Fulton St. Farmers Market, Opera House, the Hillside Community Garden, and a quick Uber ride downtown.

Other Things to Note
I am legally licensed by the City of Grand Rapids. This also means our home has been inspected and passed fire and safety regulations.
