Pet Policy: We welcome 1 well-behaved pet for your stay! Be sure that any pets are included when booking your reservation so that it will reflect the $75 pet fee. Please ensure your furry friend is house-trained and not left unattended.

Important notes: There is no enclosed yard at this property which may not be suitable for all pets. The outdoor areas include 2 enclosed and paved patios and the driveway/carport area where there is a small grassy area for quick outdoor needs.

The carport and driveway will accommodate up to 4 vehicles, less with oversized vehicles. There is no street parking allowed directly in front of the property. There are a few spots for street parking across from the swimming pool.

The location is central to everything and hard to beat. The host is delightful to work with and very responsive. The beds are very comfortable, wonderful linens. Great layout, amenities are just right, and it is apparent a lot of thought and care has been put into this property. It was nice to have a few parking spots, too! We have stayed at quite a few rentals, and this one is one of the best. Highly recommend without hesitation! We will be back, thanks for an excellent stay!

After a long drive, it was such a relief to arrive at a home that was spotless and smelled great. We stayed for one night while taking our son to a college tour, and the house was cozy, unique, and very comfortable. The location near campus couldn’t be better. The beds were super comfortable, and the host was excellent with communication and provided clear, detailed instructions. It was the ideal spot for a quick College Station visit, and the tour went wonderfully. We’d definitely stay again.

I have stayed in many STR’s throughout the US and abroad and this is by far the best one yet! Super clean and organized. Location cannot be beat. 3 minute drive to HEB and 3 minute drive to A&M. We loved it and the host was super responsive. I would rank this rental up there with a 5 star hotel. My hope would be that everyone treats this rentalas if it were their own so that it remains as clean and beautiful as it is in June 2026! 100% recommend!!!
