Savor your morning coffee on the porch or relax with a glass of wine by the hot tub. This charming home offers a warm cabin atmosphere both indoors and out. Plenty of space to park your boat, side-by-side (golf cart friendly neighborhood), and jet skies and not to mention the nearby boat ramp and fun dirt trails to explore. The playground, tree swing, and fire pit will keep the kids entertained for hours, so be sure to bring along the marshmallows!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) inside the house - Quiet hours are from 10pm- 6am - Any damages will result in additional charges
- Max 2 pets request ($75/pet fee) Pets must stay off furniture cleaned up after (failure cost $150/pet) Not left alone in the home unless in a kennel
Due to the rural area: internet can be spotty at times, water pressure may be low during peak season, and insects are very common (insects can get in)
