Impresionante apartamento en Miraconcha, la calle más lujosa de España. Situado justo delante de la playa de La Concha, disfrutarás vistas sobrecogedoras de la playa y el mar desde el apartamento, como puedes ver en la foto principal, sacada desde nuestra terraza!

Nuestro apartamento es exactamente lo que ves en las fotos, un espacio de lujo que incluye el dormitorio, la sala de estar, un baño privado, la cocina que dispone de horno, placas y fuegos de cocina, microondas, tostadora, máquina de hacer café, lavadora y muchas otras utilidades de cocina. El apartamento ofrece aire acondicionado mediante una unidad portatil de A/C de ventana, no es A/C centralizado. Disponemos de televisores en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio. Y por supuesto nuestra amplia terraza, donde podrás comer o cenar mientras disfrutas las vistas del océano y de la ciudad.

En caso de que vengáis en coche y necesitéis parking, contamos con un parking privado en garaje que alquilamos por un precio que varía dependiendo del mes. Si te interesa por favor comunícamelo al realizar la reserva, ya que el garaje debe ser reservado antes de la llegada. La opción de garaje está sujeta a disponibilidad.

Beautiful view

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for our week in San Sebastián. Walking distance to everything, beautiful view from the terrace, tastefully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best place to stay in San Sebastián!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It’s in a great location with a beautiful view—there’s nothing better than hearing the waves (albeit very quietly) as you drift off to sleep. Iñigo is a great host and a really good communicator, which always makes a VRBO stay much easier. Also, the bed was very comfortable, which is something I always want to know.

Beautiful property, wonderful hosts

We stayed 5 nights at this spectacular property. The location couldn’t be better, with amazing views and an easy walk anywhere in town. We loved the sunrises and sunsets. We loved walking into old town for shopping, exploring and pintxos. The apartment is very clean and exactly what it looks like on the website. It is very comfortable with a nice patio that we used sparingly as it was winter and cold. When the sun was out it was warm enough to enjoy the patio. I would expect the spring, summer and fall it would be perfect. The bed is quite comfortable. The only issue we had was the kitchen isn’t really set up for cooking, but with reasonably priced pintxos a short walk away… why cook while on vacation. Inigo was quite a wonderful host. He was very prompt in every communication and worked very hard to get us into the apartment earlier than the 4:00 check in. Inigo checked in with us throughout our stay, but we didn’t need anything. The information provided in the apartment was more than enough to help us find our way around the city and the recommendations for restaurants and things to do were spot on. We did appreciate that he did stay connected with us. We highly recommend this apartment, it’s a perfect place to stay in San Sebastián.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat ein bequemes Bett und in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Iñigo hat unsere Fragen immer schnell beantwortet und das check-in mit seiner Mutter hat super funktioniert. Der Strand ist wunderschön zum Baden oder einfach entlang zu spazieren. Wenn man selber kochen möchte, ist das Mercado San Martin ein Traum - Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und Früchte. Wir können die Wohnung wärmsten empfehlen. Danke Iñigo

Stunning apartment in an amazing location overlooking the beach and short walk from town

We rented the apartment for a week in July 2022. It is a lovely apartment with stunning views of the beach and headland. The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed a number of meals sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Iñigo was very helpful, responsive and welcoming and reached out a couple of times to check we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a number of walks along the beach, a trip to Bilbao (on the bus, which was very easy) and spent a lot of time in the old town shopping and eating tasty pinchos. We were there during a hot week and the beach was popular and the sea was lovely to swim in. There are also lots of different water sports you can try. Our first trip to San Sebastian but it won’t be our last and I would highly recommend the apartment as a fantastic base!

Perfect Beachfront escape in San Sebastián

Iñigo and his family’s property right on the main beach of San Sebastián is perfect. The views and beach access could not be better. Great apartment, excellent view

We truly enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is great, perfect for a couple or a family of 3 or 4. Everything you need is there and more. Coffee, a bottle of wine, cava, orange juice in the fridge. The view from the terrace (nice size too!) is excellent, right onto La Concha beach. The old town with all its wonderful pinxos bars is just a 10 min walk away. Iñigo was an excellent host, giving great tips on places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment!

Magical Apartment for a Dream Vacation

This apartment is the PERFECT place to stay for a visit to San Sebastian. The views are breathtaking, the location is prefect for access to bars, restaurants, and attractions all over the city, and the main beach is steps away from apartment. Iñigo is an incredibly communicative and thoughtful host who had so many helpful recommendations and was always quick to answer our questions. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ideal Location

This location was perfect! The balcony off the living room/bedroom was so nice! Great views of the water. The amenities in the apartment were perfect, they even hosted us with some stocked fridge essentials! We would love to return here on our next trip!

Best setting in San Sebastian!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the view was incredible! The terrace was where we spent the most time each day looking out over the Bahia de la Concha. We were a short and easy walk from the old town area. Everything was safe and beautiful. We also rented the private garage for our rental car and that worked well. Iñigo's father helped us with the few things we needed and was very responsive. There's so much to do in San Sebastian, I'm sure we will be back.

Fantastic location and views

The property is incredibly clean and well appointed. And even though you are steps away from the beach and shops, it is quiet inside. The kitchen has all you need to make a light breakfast. Our host even had an assortment of beverages/ snacks in the refrigerator for us! There is a washing machine, AC, and elevator.

Exceeded all expectations!

This is a beautiful apartment which in real life is more beautiful and better appointed than the profile suggests. It has all the necessary conveniences, and was clean and classy with excellent linens and towels , a well equipped kitchen and complementary refreshments upon arrival. The view is stunning of this beautiful city and location provides walking to all sites and trails. The windows have excellent shade for sleeping and open onto a beautiful veranda overlooking the ocean view. They also are sound proof such that you hardly hear any noise at night. The host, Inigo and his father go above and beyond expectations. Inigo is very responsive to inquiries/ concerns over the HomeAway chat app and answered questions promptly and with grace.
