A wonderful mansion for your leisure time between the sea and the lagoon, perfect for kayaking!

House in Saquarema. Three floors. On the first floor we have 02 bedrooms, 02 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large and complete kitchen. On the second floor we have 02 bedrooms, 01 bathroom and balcony overlooking the lagoon. On the third floor Terrace. The outdoor area has a veranda, barbecue with table and chairs, huge garden, perfect for children, saquarema pond at the back of the house. House 200 meters from the beach. Giant cistern, no water shortages.

Lugar lindo , enorme bem divido , super servido de objetos de cozinha , churrasco , logoa no fundo , caiaque mesas e cadeiras bastante , ping pong , gramado que dá para jogar futebol , vôlei e várias brincadeiras , casa super limpa , D Cristiane me deixou super a vontade , a Maria a moça que nos recebeu muito educada e prestativa , sem mais palavras para elogiar esse imóvel , super recomendo , lugar bem familiar .
