Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Harare financial and business district, 1km from Fife Ave Shopping centre, 3km from Avondale shopping centre, 8km from Sam Levy's Village.
Our apartment features an attractive living room with DSTV satellite TV, free high speed WiFi, modern fitted kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Jacaranda lined Avenues of Harare.
This unit has all the conveniences you need for a business or leisure stay!

The space
55 Pinebanks is a stylish owner run guest apartment set in a very quiet area of the Harare Avenues. The apartment has been designed to meet the needs of the business or leisure traveler seeking peace and luxurious comfort and warm hospitality that only a home can offer. Self-contained, the apartment has a large separate bedroom with a Queen size bed, work area, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and a washing machine. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge. A small dining table with chairs and comfortable lounge furniture graces the living room. A TV with selected DStv channels and free Wi-Fi* are available. A private balcony overlooks the northen Harare skyline.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING.
01. ELECTRICITY
Your electricity bill is paid up for the duration of your stay. Harare is currently experiencing power blackouts. It is pleasing to note that the apartment is amongst the buildings in Harare that have constant power unless in the event of a major power failure. You will find emergency lights for use within the living room and bedroom should there be a blackout.
02. WATER
The apartment has piped council water. It is generally safe for washing up, bathing, dishes, etc. We would recommend guests buy drinking water. All water found in the fridge upon check-in is safe, treated borehole water, and is safe for drinking. Hot water is available from the geyser, and the geyser will be switched on before guests check in. Our apartment is amongst the few in Harare that have a 1000 litre backup water tank.
03. GUEST AMENITIES AND TOWELS
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest - $20 for each damaged towel and $20 for each damaged sheet.
04. PARKING
There is parking available for residents within the complex, and there is space for one car. You can park on any one of the uncovered bays. Inside parking is for residents/registered guests only. Visitors may park on the road-front parking. Always remember to remove all valuables from the car and lock with alarm if using road-front parking
05. WIFI
The apartment offers free WiFi, however regulated to a fair usage policy of 10GB per day billed weekly. Should you have a requirement for more data, guests can top up via tel one self-service portal as will be detailed in the guest welcome book upon check in
