The location at Ventana is wonderful; quiet, nicely landscaped, and maintained.The unit is also nicely located within the complex. The unit itself is quite nice and well equipped. The unit is for sale, and had large For Sale signs in two of the windows. We were instructed to not wear shoes in the unit, which we compiled with by bringing inside footwear. The unit is beginning to show its age and that contributes to the less than perfect rating, however we would gladly rebook this unit in the future if it is available.Hiking, nearly right out of the door, in Ventana Canyon, is a huge benefit, as well as the bird life in the complex.Special thanks to the owner for promptly communicating and making us feel welcome.
