Experience lakefront living at its best in this beautifully renovated mid-century modern home. With three cozy bedrooms and plenty of space to relax, it’s the perfect getaway for summer days on the lake or cozy winter weekends soaking in the hot tub.

The home features a queen bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk room, and a bedroom with a full-size bed. The living room offers a comfortable couch perfect for lounging, while the sunroom is one of our favorite spots to relax, gather, and take in the beautiful lake views.

Outside, you’ll find multiple outdoor hangout spaces designed for enjoying the lake from morning to night. Sip your coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon relaxing on the newly remodeled dock, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or unwind in the hot tub under the stars.

The private dock with easy access to the water for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or simply enjoying a day by the lake.

The lake house was amazing for our family the second level dock was the kids favorite part. Great place for relaxing and enjoying the summer! House was clean and had everything we needed. The paddle boards and kayaks were extremely fun too. We will be back!

The location is beautiful overlooking the lake and we totally enjoyed bird watching from the enclosed porch area! The hot tub was a perfect place to relax in the evening, under the stars! The bedrooms were a bit small, but sufficient and beds were very comfortable. If you arrive at night, as we did, I would suggest that the hostess leave the porch lights on for you. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Fantastic stay at the cutest little bungalow on the lake. Perfectly furnished for long talks inside or out. Beautiful view of the lake. Even in the winter we enjoyed the top deck of the boat dock and picked up some sun on our faces. The hot tub was a great way to relax, very clean and no musty smell when you open the cover. The bathroom is small but mighty, very clean and stylish design. Plenty of blankets for everyone. The coffee area and drink bar were the icing on the cake!

Very cute little cabin. About 15 min from The Ark Encounter. We enjoyed our stay. The lake was beautiful and the hot tub and sun room were a hit. The parking is a bit difficult and the road leading to the cabin is a bit unsightly. Overall we had a great stay. I would say take note, there is only one bathroom and no washer/dryer access.

The cabin was very cute, clean, and quant. It was just as posted. It was relaxing sitting down at the dock. The drive to restaurants were only about 15 minutes away. They have a book with hometown places to eat. Overall a great stay! Kelley was great getting back with one minor issue we had.

This was our first visit to Kentucky. On our way to the property we drove past beautiful rolling green hills with very manicured home places. Just gorgeous scenery. The home is nestled on a hillside with a walkway down to the lake. As you walk past the fire pit area you approach the private dock. It is such a sweet space and plenty of room for the family to sleep with larger family areas to enjoy. I wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the dock space more. There were geese and sunsets and at night you could see the lights and moon dancing on the water from the deck. The hot tub was clean and had a great view of the stars and the lake. The bed was comfortable and there were so many special thoughts thru out the space to enjoy. The greatest water pressure and heat and air worked amazingly. If you are brining small kids, or a teen, there is just one bathroom and only a shower but the space is well thought out.

The pictures accurately reflected the property. The exterior highlights were the abundant exterior hangout and relaxation spaces, the hottub under the stars, the proximity on the lake and the beautiful view. The interior highlights included two separate relaxation rooms and allowed our family multiple places to spread out and enjoy the house along with updated and quality cookware, appliances , bathroom with nice shower and comfortable beds. Though the bedrooms were a little tight and offered no closets, the design and layout was very thoughtfully done and because of that, our family of 5 fit comfortablly for the week. For other families that are not familiar with the area, there is no access to the washer and dryer but we planned accordingly and that did not become an issue. There are also local laundry mats if needed.We did have one issue that came up during our stay and the hostess responded and took care of it immediately. Other reviews mentioned the drive, but once you get past a few bump and take it slow, it wasn't an issue.We would rent here again.
