Take an unforgettable family-friendly retreat at this 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental nestled on the Hudson River just north of Troy, NY! Whether you take the kayak out for a ride on the lake, have a barbecue on the patio, or unwind in one of the 3 living areas, this home promises enjoyment at every turn! If you’re craving more adventure, head out to the Peeble’s Island Stare Park (5 minutes away), Saratoga Lake (40 minutes), or Lake George (60 minutes) for acclaimed hiking and water sports before returning to recount the day by the light of the outdoor fire pit or indoor woodburning stove.

A maximum of 10 people are allowed on the property at any time. Absolutely no parties, events, or amplified music is allowed at any time. Parking is only available on my driveway (5-6 cars) and along my fence line (3-4 cars).

Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds (since the house is an open air A-frame, there is not much privacy between the bedrooms. Only the first floor bedroom has a door that closes with true privacy).

Indoor living: Smart TV, woodburning stove, dining table, piano, pool table, work desk, children’s toys, jacuzzi tub, board games

Outdoor living: Fire pit w/ seating, deck, outdoor dining set, covered patio, propane grill, smoker grill, kayak, backyard. **Please Note! The pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day**

Kitchen: Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, trash bags & paper towels

General: Free WiFi, towels & linens, hair dryer, washer & dryer, mini-split AC

FAQ: Stairs required to access, pet fee (paid pre-trip; no cats allowed), 1 external security camera (facing front entry)

Parking: Driveway (5-6 vehicles) and along the fence (3-4 cars). Do not park in front of my neighbors’ homes or on their grass).

Parking is only available on my driveway (5-6 cars) and along my fence line (3-4 cars). No parking in front of my neighbor’s land or on their grass.

The pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. It is not preheated. You can use the pool heater when you’re on the property.
