Stunning Lauderdale Beachside Pool Home - 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath with Heated Pool.

This is one of the most spectacular homes on our list of prime vacation rental properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. The "Wow Factor" of this home is off the charts! This beautiful home has been completely remodeled and is located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach just steps away from the wide, sandy beach. As you enter this picture perfect home you will notice the open floor plan that captures the true South Florida look and lifestyle. The kitchen has all new cabinetry and stainless appliances including microwave, range, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. In the living area you can relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the Big Screen Smart HDTV or enjoy a drink in the Florida room gazing outside at the pool area. The free form swimming pool with optional heating is the perfect place for family fun in the sun! The home has a split bedroom plan with a twin bedroom and the king master bedroom one side of the home, both with HDTV's and designated bathrooms. Also off the master is a very large walk-in closet as well as a beautifully appointed bath with walk-in shower that has a cabana entrance to the pool area. The third bedroom located on the opposite side of the home has a separate private entrance which opens to the pool deck as well as HDTV, mini-fridge, microwave and private bath with shower. This bedroom suite also has its own new mini-spit A/C system. In addition the home has a utility room with new washer and dryer for your use. The living area opens to the pool deck which features a patio table for dining poolside as well as chaises for working on your tan. Florida living is never complete without grilling outside and a Charbroil gas grill is ready for shrimp skewers or steaks.
The beach entrance is just steps from the home. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart as well as sunscreen, pool and beach toys. You may choose to live in your swim suit while you are here. This is truly one of our most exquisite and upscale homes and is located in one of Fort Lauderdale's most prestigeous neighborhoods just south of the world famous Galt Ocean Mile and just north of Fort Lauderdale Beach.

High Quality Accommodation

We booked this home at the last minute and are so glad we did. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Location is steps away from the beach and has a large pool right outside your door. Very spacious, quiet and well maintained. Hosts Jan and Tom were very helpful which made for a great stay.

Great vacation experience

Great communication. This property worked great for our family, with a seperate in-law suite. Short walk to the ocean beach. The house was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous location

We stayed here for a few nights and we loved the close proximity to the beach.,the house had nice beach equipment to use! Overall a great expletive, house is spacious, clean, and overall gave a good vibe. Would definitely return.

Beautiful home in great area

The home was very well maintained and beautiful. We had no problems with our stay. The hosts had provided pretty much everything we needed to have a worry free great time. They kept in great communication with me, and I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants peace, quiet, and a relaxing vacation. I would stay here again.

Perfect for Relaxing Stay

This home is perfect if you want access to a quiet beach, a pool, and a short drive to all the Ft. Lauderdale area has to offer! The Management group was very attentive to our needs and ready to respond to any issues we had. It is well stocked with cookware and dishes and utensils. The 3rd bedroom offers a private area for this staying there. Cannot think of any negatives. It was perfect for us!

Wonderful stay!

Great accommodations! Excellent communication with the hosts. East check in/out. Perfect location, beach nearby-easy walk. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. Beautiful pool, super clean home with everything needed for our stay! Will definitely stay again if in the area!!

Relaxation in Paradise

Absolutely amazing stay. They house was quiet, relaxing, beautiful, roomy and furnished with everything we could need. Books, movies, games and plenty of room to stretch out, literally a 5 min walk to the Sandy beach. Very nice and very convenient.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This was such a great property! Beautiful home and location was perfect! We had age ranges from 7 years old to 61 and everyone enjoyed it! Property managers were easy to communicate with when we needed!

A little slice of Heaven.

This was a beautiful home. It was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the pool! The host was very informative and I know that she’d had been there in a minute if we needed anything but we did not because it was all just perfect. If we ever go back to Fort Lauderdale, I would stay here again!

Great for families with young kids

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super convenient being able to borrow the beach towels, chairs , umbrellas , etc. We took them to the beach every day. The beach cart is super handy. Plenty of towels and beach towels available. Location is super close to beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Perfect for 5 or more

Everything was newish, clean and in working order. The beach is a very short walk. We came down for the 4th of July week - the beach was a great place to hang out at night and watch fireworks. The pool was clean and in perfect working order - kids loved it.

Awesome, managers and property

There should be 10 stars, because five was not high enough. Everything you should need is on site. Cooking utensils, towels, seasonings would highly recommend this house for the price! Definitely would love to stay again

Fantastic Location

Our family group had a wonderful stay! The beach is a a couple minutes walk on a lovely street. The home has all of the amenities for a perfect day at the beach complete with umbrella, chairs, beach cart, towels. The pool was pristine and many pool toys were also available on property. We have stayed here twicee and have already booked for next year! All communication was flawless. Very highly recommend.

Excellent location, very clean, open, modern, and comfortable!

Jan and Tom were very welcoming and accommodating although I can't think of anything that the place was either missing or might need improvement on! Exceptionally clean and comfortable inside coupled with a nice pool area and gas grill, plenty of seating and an umbrella for shade. The furniture was very very comfortable making watching TV in the great room a pleasure. Also the place was well stocked with paper goods, detergent and cleaning supplies, dishes, utensils, etc. Would definitely rent again!

Hidden Gem!

This property was pristine! Jan was incredibly accommodating. We were even able to check in a little early our first day! This property also has tons of unadvertised accommodations such as pool toys, board games, DVDs, full kitchen appliances including blender, etc. Truly felt like we were getting a unique experience at our home away from home. We can’t wait to book our return trip!
