Convenient, charming, and romantic.
Vail Mountain is home to one of the worlds best ski resorts. Over 10,000 skiable acres means endless fun in the winter. We may be best known for our skiing but we are becoming a very popular summer resort as well. The incredible climate, low humidity, and countless summer attractions are sure to fill your days and evenings. Hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain climbing, off road jeeping, horseback riding, fly fishing, and rafting are just some of the adventures to fill your days. BRAVO! (a symphony series), the Vail International Dance Festival, and star filled attractions at the Vila Center fill your evenings with a little culture. Vail Village is a beautiful and romantic getaway. stroll through the cobblestone streets adorned with many bronze sculptures, water features and benches for relaxing. The Village is full of great shops and ward winning restaurants. It is a pedestrian only Village which really adds to its charm and character. The sun is strong in the summer so bring a hat, and wear comfortable shoes.
My condo is a lovely garden level condominium but more so, the location is prime! It is located IN Vail Village and just across the street from the chair lift at Golden Peak. Vail Village is a beautiful and scenic pedestrian-only Village with incredible restaurants and great shopping. The Village sits at the base of one of the countries best ski mountains and the Golden Peak Chairlift is just across the street from my condo. Not across the highway, but just across Vail Valley Drive. About a 2 minute walk or roughly 125 steps. Children's ski school is conveniently located right next to the Golden Peak Chairlift.
This studio condo comes with FREE parking for one car! It is garden level with a 32' falt screen TV and a nicely renovated bathroom. There is a game table in the sitting area which is good for computer work, but flip the top over and it's a game table. Remove the top with checkers and chess to reveal a back gammon board as well. Want to stay home and watch a movie, I also have a fun selection of movies for you!
I provide a quality product and want to rent to those who will appreciate and desire a quality product. My condominium is full of upgraded and personal touches, a charming studio (roughly 500 Sq.Ft) with Ralph Lauren finishes. You will be so comfortable, you won't want to leave. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with cooking utensils, baking sheets, crock pot, quality silverware, wine glasses, knives and plenty of space to cook that romantic dinner for two after an exciting day on the mountain! For the 2016 Ski Season, I purchased a great Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel cooking set for you.
The condo features also include a 32' flat screen HDTV and Merkury Inovations Personal Mini Speaker System for iProducts or android, CD player with small assortment of CDs, DVD/VCR with about 20 movies to chose from, and the condo also has free wi-fi.
The studio condo sleeps two in a queen-sized mattress just purchased in time for the 2016 ski season and it's designed especially for those with a bad back (I thought that would make it extra comfortable after a full day of skiing or hiking or whatever activity you choose to partake while visiting. An airbed is also available and would accommodate a small child. I want you to be comfortable so I try to be clear that this condo is best suited for a couple or a couple with a small child. It is, after all, only a studio condo. It's like a hotel room with large kitchen.
The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.
Again, it's the location that sells this place. You are a four minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. The lifts at Golden Peak, which means ski school, lifts, and restaurants (Larskspur is one of the best!) are at your doorstep - just 125 steps away. My complex is delightful and well maintained with gracious neighbors - you will feel right at home.
If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time.
If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.
I have much pride in my condo. I live here in Vail and do frequent walk through and quality check on things in the condo. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, please let me know.
Don't forget to check out my map as it displays things like Chairlift, Ticket Office, Ford Amphitheater, Betty Ford Alpine Garden, Starbucks, Movie Theater, and Bowling Alley.
As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car.
This garden level condo is best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village!
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 DAYS OR MORE) ARE SUBJECT TO THE SAME RATES & TERMS AS NIGHTLY RENTALS.

I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail since 1990. In my younger years, I was in the hotel business and did International Sales for Westin Hotels. This experience gave me first hand knowledge of what a traveler expects in vacation accommodations. I feel that I offer a quality product for a terrific price and I hope you agree. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. It is such a pleasure to live among the charm of Vail Village where everything is at your doorstep. The Village is pedestrian only and there is nothing better than knowing you never need to get in your car and drive anywhere!
Rene Blanchette, Owner purchased this condo in 2004
This condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, a peaceful setting just 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and buslte. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Fork Amphitheater and the Bravo Symphony Series as will as the International Dance Festival. (And the owner is a pleasure to work with! )
I live and work just a short distance from the condo. This makes it easy for me to keep an eye on things and maintain it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy.
The location is fantastic! Walk to everything.
Free parking for one car.
125 steps to the Chairlift!
The condo is garden level so it's not about the view - it's about the comfy, clean, fresh accommodations and impeccable location.
We had a wonderful time, especially because we got lots of new snow! Your condo is beautifully done and very cozy. It's central location allowed us access to all the village has to offer as well as being able to conveniently access the slopes. And the parking spot was a great plus.
Great location very short walk to a ski lift and also very close to main village area. The condo was very equipped to meet the needs of myself and my two young boys.
Condo was perfect for a cozy, intimate Christmas trip. Right across the street from Golden Peak. Rene was fabulous.
We stayed at this apartment over Christmas with 2 kids (2-4 years old). It was the best possible location for us in terms of walking across the street to drop off kids at ski school and daycare and to get on a lift ourselves. It is also walking distance to Vail Village. Apartment had everything you can possibly need, it is a bit tight but we were never there except to sleep at night. The owner is very nice and responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back.
Great location and condo. My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Vail, and luckily, Rene's place was available. Not only is the area perfect, but the condo was clean, nice/cozy, decorated nicely, and well-stocked. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed from vrbo. Rene described the place perfectly in her listing, and she was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend Rene's place to anyone else visiting the Vail area!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while in Vail for a wedding. It was a gorgeous fall day and we enjoyed our morning coffee & evening night caps in the courtyard gazing at stars; walking distance to several good spots to eat. Tub is a bit shallow for a good soak (needed after upper Piney Lake Falls hike!) and hubby thought the showerhead a bit low for his preference but those are nits - it's a cozy place to come home to. Description & photos spot on - no surprises. Will return; highly recommend!
Great location and price. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Was only there for 2 nights and wasn't in the room much, but its everything Renee describes in her description. Would stay again and would recommend to others
My condo is located 1 1/2 blocks east of Bridge Street and just across the street from the Golden Peak Chairlift and Larkspur Restaurant.
