Belle Villa Jacaranda a 3 chambres plus Den, 8 personnes avec le roi dans la chambre principale, un autre roi int deuxième chambre, une reine dans la troisième chambre et des lits jumeaux dans la tanière. La cuisine a des armoires de cerise, des dessus de comptoir de corian et des appareils noirs. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Plancher de bois stratifié dans les espaces de vie. Portes françaises menant dans la tanière.

La maison est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, télévision à écran plat, internet, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, cafetière et grille-pain.

Lanai surdimensionné avec piscine chauffée, barbecue à gaz et coin salon extérieur avec deux chaises longues.

Shopping, salle à manger, golf et tennis est à 10-15 minutes. Coral Oaks Golf Course est à 5 minutes. Le stade Joe Stonis Park est à 10 minutes de tennis et de pickle ball gratuits.

Our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and better than I imagined. The house was very beautiful and the rooms were accommodating. We have kids and even for our 2 year old he had more than enough. The pool was clean and pleasant. The view was great because we were located in a small quiet neighborhood away from the chaos and city lights. My little one enjoyed the starry nights, bird watching, and driving his truck down the drive. It was a safe haven and paradise all in one.

Great Place

Very nice place and pool. I have never seen a VRBO so well stocked. Everything works. Communication was fantastic. Would stay there again without a question.

Exceeded Expectations!

We've been vacationing in this area for a few years now, and this is by far our favorite place we've stayed! The house was spotless, well maintained, adorably decorated, and had everything needed for a perfect vacation. It's located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood with coconut trees in the back. Morning coffee on the lanai was fabulous as we were able to watch amazing burrowing owls nesting on the adjacent lot. How spectacular! The pool was clean, well kept and most importantly HEATED with an electric pump, so we could actually use it (which we did plenty :) Jana was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. This place is an absolute gem!

February stay

The house was nice, the pool was very nice, a little chilly weather. The pool area was nice except for the outdoor carpet needed to be replaced. There were too many knick knacks in the house which took up alot of space. There weren't any dish towels in the kitchen and the pot holders were disgusting. We had to go buy our own. We had a few issues during our month stay and contacted the manager which she solved right away.

Perfect location for us

The home was adequate for our needs. The pool was a great benefit of the home, The pillows on the beds were awful, there was long black hairs all over the bathroom floor (I'm bald and my husband has short-cropped grey hair), and there was dirty laundry in the laundry basket of the laundry room. There was left over bottles of shampoo, conditioner and such left in the primary bathroom shower and there was a pack of toilet paper in a target bag just left on the floor of the bathroom near the toilet, it was a bit odd.

Comfortable Florida Getaway

The property was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The pool was a great way to relax. Although this home is located in a subdivision, we were still able to enjoy some wildlife. However, we were well protected from any bugs in the screened in patio/pool area. I would highly recommend visiting this property. We had a very relaxing and fun week.

Great place.

The place was in a great location with a short drive to wherever you wanted to go. The pool was exceptional! Also, Jana Accommodated our plane trip cancellation. We had to leave a day earlier and leave a day later than expected. Thank you so much for changing the dates of our reservation to accommodate our travel plans. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks Craig.

Relaxing getaway

Overall, my daughter and I had a nice stay. The property is clean, and the pool is very nice. It is a bit of a drive, away from everything, which has it's pros and cons. The only two things that I would recommend is updating sheets/comforters, and mattresses, especially the one in Master Bedroom. Also, the lock box is hard to open. Other than that, we had a nice vacation.

Very nice and comfortable place. The pool was not heating up to our expectations. but they worked with it and fixed the problem—we enjoyed the pool, the house was what we expected and we would definitely consider it again.

Very nice house

The property was great the pool was the perfect temperature. We had plenty of room for our large family and it was a great vacation the only thing is it was a drive to get to the beaches and shopping and other activities but it is florida you gotta drive to get anywhere so it wasnt a big deal unless you expect to be right in the middle of the action. Not a far walk to the inlet you could fish it.

Great place, Excellent communication

Although there was an issue with the property at check in, the response time was excellent. Both the property manager and maintenance man were quick to respond and friendly. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and wasn't too far from where we wanted to go.

Felt right at home

We decided to visit Cape Coral for a few days before my kids school started again, and I’m very glad I chose this home. From the very beginning of the booking, the host demonstrated compassion and helpfulness, despite the numerous questions I had. Checking in was a quick and easy process, and we felt right at home. There were so many kitchen utensils, appliances, tools, pool toys for the kids, the list goes on. The pool was well heated and just to our liking. If there were any repairs needed to the home, maintenance was only one call away, providing fast service to make sure we didn’t have to slow down the fun. Overall, this house was amazing to stay in and we are definitely going to book it again sometime in the near future.

Overall: Wonderful Place to Stay

This house is very beautiful and stocked with about anything you could need. As a whole, everyone I was with and myself enjoyed our stay here. The only cons that I could think to mention are that the house does sit a little bit outside of town, and that I wished there was some type of handbook at the house. A handbook that had helpful tips for all the remotes in the house, rules, ect.
