Welcome to this colorful duplex, brought to you by Simply Welcome Stays--TWO side-by-side living spaces under one roof! Located just 10 min from downtown Greenville, it's perfect for groups or multiple families. With a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, the property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Each side of the duplex has its own fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, dining area, and private patio.

Important: This property has a steep driveway, and unless you’re the only car parked, there isn’t space to turn around at the top. You’ll need to back out onto the street when exiting. It is safe and manageable when taken slowly. Once you begin backing out, oncoming cars can clearly see you and will slow down to let you exit. In our experience, drivers are attentive and give plenty of space.

The large driveway fits 4 cars. Additional temporary parking is available on a neighboring street, about 1 minute walk from the house.

**Each side of the duplex features:**

A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals--a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker with coffee supplies. You'll also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bakeware, and cooking essentials. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests.

Main level: Open floorplan with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV (no cable provided). This floor also has a half bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the separate living room offers extra sleeping and lounge space for guests. If you need to get some work done, there is also a dedicated desk and chair.

Upper level: 3 bedrooms, all with KING beds and walk-in closets. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (low-threshold shower for easy entry), and the second bathroom is located in the hallway. Ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries are provided.

Large washer and dryer on the upper level. An iron and ironing board are provided in the main bedroom closet.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

The unit has a private outdoor patio, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:

- Our home is located in a residential area, hosting both locals and tourists alike. You may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking.

- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.

- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. We are also located along a road that gets moderate traffic during the day. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train or traffic noises in the distance. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each of the main bedrooms for your comfort should you need it.

- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.

- Maximum of 16 guests per reservation.

Booking Requirements:
We're excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:
--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--Guests have positive prior reviews, or if not, a fully refundable $500 damage deposit hold will be required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
--A separate rental agreement is required after booking and can be reviewed in advance upon request.
