Great condo, great beaches!

The condo was excellent for the four of us, awesome beaches nearby for snorkeling and just chilling with the waves! Plenty of eating places, great time, wishing it could be longer!

Family Spring Break

The condo and location were exactly what we were looking for as a family on vacation for spring break. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a location that was easy to get to all things we wanted to enjoy in West Maui. Process was easy and communication was clear. We felt very much at home.

Excellent Stay

Great location, spacious property and well-kept grounds! Peaceful and quiet area for sure. The only complaint is that the unit is a little dated and you can hear your neighbors during certain times.

very family friendly

We met many families here who have been coming to this resort for years, even decades, which speaks well to the type of family-friendly atmosphere here. The unit itself needs updating but was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful!

Resort was beautiful. Pool area was clean and pretty. Condo was nice. Would recommend a new mattress for the double bed - sore backs every morning. The weather was not the best while we were there but we made the best of it - and we know you can't control that!! lol very nice facilities

Views and Comfort Met Our Needs

This condo worked well for us. The location was good for the activities we wanted to do. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. Like many of these structures, it can be a bit noisy, especially the back bedroom on the driveway/parking. But most of the neighbors/guests were very considerate. The ocean area was lovely for sunsets. It was fine for our stay.

Great Family Stay but …….

Kahana Sunset is amazing! Grounds are beautiful . However the unit we occupied was unacceptably dirty. I started my stay cleaning. Not good! We would stay again but not this property.

Aloha: thanks, but very disappointed in your reply. Everyone loves this property and the condos. if the unit needed some additional cleaning/touch up, all you had to do was call us when over there and we would have had the housekeepers come back and re-do the condo. But you never called, which does not make sense. This is a gorgeous property with immaculate grounds, beautiful ocean view pool, sandy beach, and great location. Condo is very niceyl appointed with great views For all of our future clients, we suggest looking at all of our other great reviews, on the condo and the property. We pride ourselves in client satisfaction and repeat stays...a majority of our clients re-book this property year after year. Aloha Ray/hawaii rentals

The most relaxing vacation

This rental had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. This was a girls trip and we all agreed that we picked the best place on the island. The view from the lanai allowed us to watch the whales jump and play. The greens and pool are well cared for by the staff. We met many families who have been coming to this complex for many years. I can understand why. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The pool was wonderful. The beach is small, but you can snorkel, swim and play in the sand. Even the TSA worker at the airport told us we stayed at the best place on the island. We will be making plans to return next year. Thank you.

Excellent Location - Lacked a few amenities

This condo was located in a great location, however, the kitchen did lack a few items I have grown accustomed to seeing in other Condos we have stayed. I usually bring my own knives and I wish I would have brought my own this trip, also very few pots and pans and no oven just stove top and microwave. (BBQ's are exceptionally clean and in great shape) Overall, I would stay here again and the management/owner was quick to get me a hairdryer when I let him know the one provided did not work.

Great location

I was impressed with the size of the kitchen and bedrooms. worked well for our two couples. Main patio had plenty of space and excellent views of whales and sunsets. Parking is a little tight under the unit but should be fine for a car. We had a mustang and had no issues. Larger vehicles can park in the bigger parking lot right as you enter the complex. From the pictures it looked like both bedrooms had a balcony, but this is not the case. The second bedroom is over the parking area with a window facing the road. Even so, we did not have any issues with road noise. Overall we loved our trip and enjoyed our stay. On our last night one of the larger sea turtles came up on the beach to spend the night. Perfect ending to a great vacation.

Great stay in Kahana, awesome location

Great communication with manager. Easy check-in, keypad. Clear instructions. Unit was B1. 2 bed/2bath. Pros: great location, wonderful complex, nice side view of ocean from decks, easy parking, access to Lahaina or Kapalua Coastal Trail, Merriman’s. Cons: dated furnishings, intermittent wifi, unit could use a fresh coat of paint inside. That said, complex had its own beach where we were able to go paddleboarding, they were very cool about where to store boards. Beautiful lawn overlooking ocean with loungers. Other guests were great Pool was nice. Would stay again and recommend to others.
