The Primary Bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and a flat-screen cable Smart TV. Private bath in this bedroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen cable Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom (with a tub/shower) is right outside 2nd bedroom door. BONUS also a private oceanview balcony off 2nd bedroom too.

Relax in the oceanfront living area on the reclining microfiber couch - so comfy! A flat-screen Smart TV in the living area too.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, blender and all cooking utensils. Both drip and K-cup coffee makers. Nice kitchen wares too. Enjoy meals at the dining table or on the balcony. Seating for 4 on the balcony.

The owners have also supplied 4 nice beach chairs to take to the sand; and several beach towels too.

The Beachdrfiter Oceanfront Condominium community has a beautiful oceanfront pool area; plus a pool shower and pool bathroom.

Located just a few blocks north of the Jacksonville Pier; a few blocks east of Salt Life Food Shack and Mellow Mushroom. Grab a great breakfast at DeliComb, Metro Diner or Grumpy's. And dessert nearby too...Dairy Queen or Pelican Ice just two blocks away! plus Native Sun is a quick walk to organic and vegan grocery and take-away prepared food. More local suggestions are posted in the condo.

NON SMOKING BUILDING. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE! Not on balcony, near pool, or on walkway. You must leave the building. $250 FINE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

NO PETS ALLOWED in this condo but please ask as we have other condos that do allow your fur-babies.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests have to either pay $59 for damage insurance coverage of $1,500; or a refundable deposit of $1,500. This is to cover potential damages to the condo.

ALL GUESTS are ALSO required to pay a FULLY-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 for any rule infractions. (for example - smoking anywhere in the building is a $250 fine)

CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM. (can be flexible - just ask)
