My stay in Jacksonville was enhanced by the convenient location and beautiful view from this condo, which was clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated! Communication with Renee was excellent and I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the Jacksonville Beach area.

Great weekend getaway at a perfect beach location

Loved the location and the place. It was perfect for a long weekend on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and as much, or as little, night-life as you want.

Perfect, adorable condo! We enjoyed every minute on the beautiful porch overlooking the fabulous beach! It’s a great location to many good restaurants. Definitely recommend and look forward to another stay myself!

Heart of Jax Beach Oceanfront Condo

My kids never wanted to leave! They loved the beach right outside as well as the little pool on the property. Next time, we will try and stay a whole week!Property manager was so nice and accommodating.

We had a great long weekend stay here. Excellent communication from property manager Renee. Condo is nicely updated, has all the amenities we needed, and was very clean. Beautiful views too!

Perfect spot

We chose this property because it was a great view on the ocean, and because it was near the mayo clinic. My husband donated a kidney to his sister, and we stayed here for his first week of recovery. Wonderful location, great property manager, and exactly what we wanted! Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

Property is just as advertised and is very well kept for its age. Check in was easy. Inside was very clean and everything was in newish or good condition. The property manager (Renee) was responsive and very helpful. The location is fabulous, very close to the beach and great views. There were some chairs and toys. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am Renee, the property manager and local Licensed Real Estate Broker with Jax Beach Condos and Jax Beach Rentals. I am a local and live just a few blocks from this condo. We provide a quick response. The owners moved out of town and decided to share the condo with guests when they are not in here in Jax Beach.

Beachdrifter is a small, oceanfront condo community DIRECTLY on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Walk or bike to several restaurants and stores. Everything is within walking distance from the Beachdrifter Condo. You really don't NEED a car to get around. Uber from the airport to the condo then bike or walk to everything! Several restaurants within few blocks of condo too. And the PIER - oh you will love the Jax Beach Pier - walking, fishing, hammocks, dancing (Silent Disco on Friday Nights is so fun!!) - and two free-access Pier Passes are included with you stay.

The Beachdrifter Condo is DIRECTLY on the beach. The sand is just steps away from the oceanfront pool. BONUS is the building completed extensive exterior updates including pool, deck, paint and landscaping and even a new elevator in Dec 2025. This Condo 401 has been nicely updated (see the pictures please) and has fully-equipped kitchen; beach towels and beach chairs included too.
