Perfect location and condo

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and in a perfect location. Arnie was wonderful and was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Great location right off Fraser River

Had a great time at High Country Haus. Amenities were excellent - we used outdoor hot tub every day after coming back from mountain. Easy access to both WP and Fraser. Great natural light and views of the rushing river / sunrise. Would stay again!

Cozy and great placing or near everything

Great location. Very clean. Went for a short daddy-daughter ski trip and had a great time. Close to the bus stop to the resort and close enough to walk for food or coffee. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was in the perfect location and had everything we would ever need. We used the shuttle, hot tubs and workout facilities. The weather was beautiful and the skiing was excellent. Arnie was super helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Great Location!

The property was very clean, great views, and a great location. The free Lyft shuttle was only steps away. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the use of carpeting in the bathrooms. Overall the property was great and would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location was great. Close enough to anything we needed that we walked most times. Good communication. We had a few questions about where to park extra vehicles and received prompt responses. (There’s a parking garage a few blocks south on Baker Drive) We’ll thought out and equipped for guests. Fans, humidifiers, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, binder with local info, access to clubhouse, etc. We were more than satisfied with our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Winter Park Ski Weekend

This condo was perfect for our four-night ski weekend in Winter Park. The location was close to restaurants, the movie theater, and ski rental shops (cheaper than on-resort). The Winter Park blue bus line at the end of the block made access to the slopes easy without having to worry about where to park at the resort. The condo was clean with plenty of space for my husband, adult son and me. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that would have been helpful that we didn’t find was an ice scraper — it snowed several inches overnight one night and our rental car didn’t come with one. Fortunately the whisk broom we found under the kitchen sink made short work of cleaning off the car! Overall we would stay here again in the future.

Great stay! Living room furniture recently updated with nice, comfortable and clean furniture. nice carpet throughout. all other furniture very nice. Kitchen older and smaller, but clean and well cared for. Really appreciated available spices and other essentials for meals. Dishwasher small apartment size could use replacing. Washer not working - Amie our contact person was helpful and will be addressing the issue. Convenient to shuttle for skiing. friendly and quiet area.

We will be back!

This was a fantastic trip and an amazing property. We are from colorado and have been up to the mountains a fair bit and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Clean, close to everything and the sound of the river was amazing. Property owner was very responsive and the rec center and access to trails is phenomenal.

Our family had an amazing spring break vacation in this cozy condo! Great location! Short drive and walk to all the fun spots in Winterpark. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location but a bit noisy

We have stayed in other units in this condo group before and really like the location because we can easily walk to everything on main street of Winter Park. This unit was okay but we have liked others better. The set up was fine and we had plenty of space. There was a loud banging noise that we are assuming was coming from the heater register. We were there for 8 night so we got used to it but it was rather loud. Also, I would recommend bringing some toilet paper with you. As I said, we were there for 8 nights but only had 4 rolls of TP for 4 of us. We didn't figure it out until late one evening so had to use Kleenex until we could get to the store. We have rented in the Winter Park / Frasier area for years and have never run into this issue. They don't mention anything about the firewood on the site but you need to bring your own so be prepared for that as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need but the cabinets were a bit packed. I like to put all of the groceries away that we bring to keep the counters open but there were no open cabinets to put stuff in. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable which are 2 important things to us when renting.
