The Space:

Please note that there is a Gate around the entire complex (code will be given with checkin instructions).

Designated parking in a car port for 1 car only (9 ft. clearance). There is available street parking for any additional cars (please be sure to check street signs to avoid towing)!

Just a 3-minute drive from our home, Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood in Nashville known for its vibrant atmosphere and blend of old-world architecture with modern touches. Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café.

Broadway: 1.6 Miles

The Gulch: 1.8 Miles

BNA: 9.3 Miles

Walkability: There are coffee shops, a grocery store and a pub within walking distance, but we find taking a quick Uber to be the most expedient!



Getting Around:

Ride Shares are readily available at all times of the day!



Other Things to Note:

PARKING: there is designated parking in a car port for 1 car only. There is available street parking for any additional cars (please be sure to check street signs to avoid towing)on Rev Enoch Drive between 10th and 11th!

House was very nice, rooms were all clean and fully stocked as well as the bathrooms, kitchen has everything you need. Definitely family friendly my kids had a great time in the game room and loved the bunk bed. The host was phenomenal with the communication and instructions.

Incredibly convenient location, 20 minutes to everything at the most! Easy check in and out and great to keep the kids occupied when you have to stay in while still having fun. We can't wait to return.

The property is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and in a great location! The host is super helpful and information is super organized for ease of access to all property ammenities. The game room and 4th floor pat are great to use year round for added enjoyment! We would absolutely stay again or recommend this property to others looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

My three siblings and I came to Nashville for the twins’ 40th birthday and we had a fantastic experience. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and we all appreciated how the bedroom photos were labeled so we could fight over them ahead of time. Haha. It was the cleanest rental I’ve been in in a long time, and the kitchen had all the dishes, cups, etc we needed. All the TV’s worked great and connectivity was never an issue. The game room was a good time, and we played the heck out of that shuffleboard! The immediate neighborhood I wouldn’t consider walkable, but it’s a ten minute drive to almost anywhere you want to go. My sibling are still raving about how awesome this rental was. Great job on the decor too.
