Great property - easy checkin

This was a very easy stay - property was immaculate and staff friendly. Was able to checkin early, which was lovely for this business trip. Wifi was a little slow, spring for the upgrade if you are running any intense design software. Great location-close to a lot of great eats and small grocery.

Great location and amenities

This place is in a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and even paddle boarding! The property itself had great amenities, with different daily treats. The pool was perfect. The condo was clean and open and spacious. It was a great find!

This apartment was great! Definitely reccomend!

This place was absolutely awesome. Perfect location, most places we wanted to see were within walking distance. We had four people, and this apartment can fit 6 people very comfortably.It's nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything one needs-bedding, towels, ,soaps/shampoo, hairdryer, dishes, cofee, seasonings ect. The building is great too. it's managed like a resort, so it has a rooftop pool , guest lounge, family games in the lobby... The only little hickup we had was that our room wasn't ready by 4 pm check in time. We had to wait about an hour longer. But that was no problem at all, as they let us go up to the rooftop pool, and park the car in the free 'check in' part of their garage as well. So overall, very happy with our experience, this was definitely a great place to stay in Austin!

Perfect!

My family stayed here for 3 nights (2 adults & 2 teens). We loved the space - clean, modern, room to spread out, great views. Beds comfortable and bathrooms huge. We bought groceries the first day and had breakfast in the unit which we prefer (and it saves money). Lounge area on the 10th floor has great space and views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So much better than a typical hotel!

Easily the nicest place I have ever stayed

This was my first VRBO/vacation rental experience and I have to admit I was very apprehensive to pull the trigger on this property because for the price, it looked too good to be true. From the moment we checked in I was totally blown away by not only the property, but also the staff. Everyone was so nice and extremely accommodating, they gave us tons of recommendations for places to eat and things to do (almost all in walking distance because this property is in a killer location). Our room was spotless and came even came with dishes, pots, and pans. The highlight however, I would say was either our ENORMOUS wrap-around balcony, or the lounge areas on the 10th floor with firepits, multiple seating areas, a rooftop infinity pool, and a dinner party area with a grill. We ended up cancelling the majority of our plans during our stay just to relax on the rooftop. SERIOUSLY... IT WAS THAT NICE. I travel to Austin a few times a year and I will be staying here every time it's available to book.

Best VRBO yet! It was very clean and well managed. Jan and the staff made it an easy experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO!! My husband and I and another couple stayed here while we were in Austin. The room was gorgeous and super clean. Everything was new. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was well managed. We were able to swim on the rooftop pool and then sit around the fire pit afterwards. I noticed they had grills outside which would be great for an outdoor party. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the other amentities it had to offer. It was a great affordable price. If you are looking for a place to stay downtown Austin look no further than here! You will NOT be disappointed.
