If you're looking for a cozy Sunriver retreat in a great location, 13 Juniper is the vacation home for you.
This fun house is close to all the action in town. Bring your own bicycles - or rent some - and within minutes you can pedal along a bike path to The Village for dining and shopping - or even ice skating in winter. You can even bring along your dogs, with an additional nightly fee.
You're also a stone's throw from SHARC, the amazing aquatic center opening Memorial Day, 2012. You get eight free unlimited passes to SHARC's pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and so much more!
The home is decorated with country touches and offers your family a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, custom-made leather furnishings, and a nice gas fireplace where everyone can gather as they enjoy the 4K TV. As as you sit around the fire, you can even hear the quiet rumble of the train like it used to in the early days in Central Oregon.
The convenient kitchen is downstairs, too, and so is the dining area for eight. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the mountain air, have a barbecue or soak in the hot tub.
You'll find a bedroom with a double-size bed and a bath in the hall on the ground floor, so guests with limited mobility don't have to maneuver stairs. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: One has a queen, and the other features a queen and a bunk bed with a double below and a queen above. There's also an extra queen tucked under the eaves.
This cozy home is perfect for a family vacation on a budget - and with recent renovations like a fresh coat of paint, a renovated kitchen and downstairs bathroom, carpeting, and new bedding and pillows, it has everything you need. You get all the fun of Sunriver without breaking the bank!

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Overall good experience, close to railroad tracks
The home was as described, functional and clean. As a family with two small boys I was nervous about the proximity to the railroad tracks. This is no fault of the home but definitely good information for future guests.
Recently updated, everything we needed for a weekend ski trip!
Nice, close to everything.
Enjoyed our stay at Sunriver resort. Nice, clean place to stay with your family and dog(s).
House was perfect for our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The train was an added plus that added excitement every time it went by. It only came by once during the middle of the night. Wave to the engineer and you may get a loud train whistle in return.
It was a great stay, awesome that our dogs could be with us. The kids had a great time at the SHARC center.
Only as a LAST RESORT
The furnishings and decor were dated and not comfortable - beds, chairs, sofa. Bed pillows were awful. We couldn't find a broom, vacuum, nor mop after looking in every closet and the locked utility room. It was very expensive for the condition of the furnishings and size of the property. It is supposed to accommodate eight people. I don't see how eight people could sit and eat at the dining table. Fortunately there were only four of us and we are not big people.
