Notes on Pets and Parking:

* 2 dogs are allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog/s at the time of booking. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s. Any damage caused by the dog/s will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* Parking for 4 vehicles

Early check-ins/Late check-outs:Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. If you're interested, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your dates.

Surveillance Camera Notice:

For security purposes, there is a camera located on the wall of the garage (outside), facing the driveway leading to the street. There is also a camera on the back of the carport pointing towards the main driveway and an additional one at the front of the house facing the shared driveway. Please note, there are no cameras inside the property or in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms. The camera is for security monitoring only and is not actively monitored during your stay. If you have any concerns or questions about the camera, please feel free to reach out before booking.
