Esta unidad del tercer piso (4ª planta) ha sido decorada profesionalmente e incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas, lavadora y secadora. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal a su balcón privado con una gran vista panorámica de Tybee Beach. Y, a poca distancia a pie de las tiendas, bares y restaurantes del "centro" de Tybee, del muelle y pabellón Tybee Island y del Tybee Island Marine Science Center.

Good location, Clean Place But No Room Service

Location is beautiful, Clean place but absolutely no room service, No new towels what you already got, No New Soap, No Shampoo, No Conditioner, No Body cream, Don't provide Wash liquid. Good to stay for a day or two but if you stay more than two days try to pack all the things you would usually expect to be available at a Hotel/any vocational rental stays.

Great beach front location

The location is close to everything. We rented bikes first day of our stay and only used car once or twice during the week. The beach is very nice in front but very crowded. Sunrise on the deck can be spectacular. The condo decor is somewhat tired, the TV is very small, the lighting (especially above the table) was way too bright and not on a dimmer. We cooked some meals there. Kitchen was adequately supplied.

Nice location, updates are needed, appliances are old and TV is way too small.

Location was great, for what you pay to rent this place, it should be in great shape. The kitchen sink leaked all over and you could tell it was not the first time. The dryer takes 3 to 4 cycles to dry. Refrigerator door does not always close, stove has a rusty oven (not sure that is healthy), dishwasher is ancient. TV is way too small for living room. All floors were filthy and needed to be mopped. Again, what you pay, this unit needs to be updated. The only positive is the location.

Amazing Location but a bit Outdated

The location of this property could not have been better. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee's every morning out on the balcony enjoying the amazing beach view. We were minutes from the shops and the south end of the island on foot. |The smallest bedroom could use better storage / dresser space. We were 5 adults so the ones using that room had to store their clothes and things in the room next door. The unit and decor is a bit outdated and weathered - could use some updating. Appliances although worked were all very loud when running, so you want to time things like running the dishwasher or laundry appropriately. We did notice that there have been a few changes / updates done since the pictures on the VRBO site listing were taking. Which was a nice surprise when we got there. I would suggest updating the listing to show these changes. Brown carpet had all been replaced with Vinyl plank flooring and the Leather Recliner was replaced with a lovely and very comfortable red chair. Balcony furniture has seen better days and needs replacing. The pictures showed 4 hightop chairs but during my stay there were only 2 left and both were already ripping. We made due by bringing the bar stools out from the kitchen. All in all my friends and I had a great time. The unit was not the best I've stayed at but was also by far not the worst. If you are going for a beach vacation than I strongly recommend this unit - it will check off all your boxes. But if you plan to spend a lot of time in the unit then you may want something with more ammenities.

Awesome with tips for improvement

The view was breathtaking, and the condo was more than enough room for the 4 of us. and we would definitely stay there again. Our biggest disappointment was the patio furniture. The table was awesome, but most of the chairs were rusty, stained and ripped. Luckily, we brought our own beach chairs and towels. The floors were somewhat sandy and gritty (not surprising in a beach house), so I don't think they were washed very well before our arrival. The dustpan is mainly useless and needs replaced.

The property was great and in the perfect location!

My family and I had a great time! There was more space that we anticipated, which is nice! It’s located right on the beach and super close to “downtown” Tybee. Instructions on checking in and out were super easy. The living room furniture could be updated but otherwise, we had an amazing time and hope to rent the same spot!

Disappointed

Dealings with reservations and check-in were good. I chose this property because I had stayed here about 10 yrs. ago and I loved that it was right near the beach. When we arrived, we saw several nasty stains on the carpet, which I reported to the office immediately. The hot water in one of the bathrooms never got above lukewarm. The shower curtain was ripped loose on one end. The clear plastic handle on the tub faucet was moldy on the inside. The back cover of one of the entertainment centers was ripped off at the bottom. I would have expected things to be clean and in better repair. My group was very disappointed and none of us will stay in a VRBO property again.
