This Three bedroom, two-bathroom condo, is located on the 1st-floor, with a private balcony where you have a glimpse of the Bay, just over the protected dunes. Guests will enjoy amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the semi-private beach. Easy beach access is available for guests residing in this building. Relax and soak up the sun in the gated complex's private pool, while breathing in the crisp ocean air. Guests will love the professional touches and décor of this newly renovated condo.

The living room greets you with an abundance of natural light pouring in from the large bay window and from the sliding glass door leading to the furnished, corner balcony. Enjoy meals together at the table which seats up to 5, with bar seating for up to 4. There is plenty of space to prepare and serve in the open kitchen and breakfast bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new countertops and appliances including a Keurig Coffee maker. This condo offers all the luxuries and conveniences of home including a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Just off of the living room, you will find the primary bedroom complete with a King-size bed, private access to the attached balcony, a flat-screen TV, and an attached primary bathroom. The bathroom features a separate garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, one of which has a trundle bed (to accommodate up to 3 guests) and a Smart TV for streaming entertainment. The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and has a tub and shower combination.

Bay View Villas is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves, a perfect spot to watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, 3 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.

Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces. No pets. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
