Este cómodo condominio de tres dormitorios y dos baños lo tiene todo con vista al mar desde la terraza y está ubicado a pocos pasos de la playa, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, Tybee Marine Science Center, tiendas y restaurantes. Es justo lo que necesitas para unas excelentes vacaciones en la playa de Tybee.


TENGA EN CUENTA:

Great location, a bit outdated as stated in other reviews. It got real cold during our stay and we had no heat. Although they did answer when we called to fix the heat the maintenance man did not fix the heat and said they had to bring in a company to replace a compressor and they would be in touch and we never heard anymore! Soooo we had to bundle up to stay warm in the condo for 2 days the thermostat stayed at 64 degrees inside.

It was ok

There were what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. Stain on the sofa as well (not blood). The condo was somewhat worn.

Decent but underwhelming

The condo was fine. Pretty outdated and little effort put in by the owners to maintain and/or upgrade anything. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Living area furniture is in rough shape. Tiny TVs in the bedrooms and living area. Dated appliances. It was clean enough, but just barely. Location was fantastic, easily the best part of the stay.

Nice place but had a few issues

We had a good stay but did have some issues. We didn’t know when we booked it that we would have to climb up several flights of stairs to get to our condo. They don’t have elevators so we had to carry all our luggage up 3 sets of stairs. I have back issues and had spinal surgery 3 months ago so it was rough going up and down them every time we wanted to go out. Also the master bathroom door will only shut if you push and lift up on it. It took awhile to figure that out. We also had a problem on our last full day with a guy coming into our condo when my daughter and I were still in bed. I was asleep and my daughter heard a knock that woke her and as she was going to the door a guy started to come inside to change the battery in the door lock. He was following their policy so he was doing what he was told but we would have appreciated a warning that they were going to do it or they should wait until in between people staying there to do things like that. We also had a lady come in to change the filter later that same day and did the same thing. We called the agency to express our concerns. I have never stayed at a place before where they had that policy. It made me uncomfortable because we had money and jewelry and personal items laying out. Otherwise, it’s in a very good location. Very close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. The condo is smaller than it looks in the pictures but we were mostly out doing stuff anyways so we weren’t there a lot.

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, but noticed a few things that were not excellent. The dishes and silverware looked as if it had not been washed by prior guests, so we had to wash each item before use. We also noticed the shower in the hall bathroom would not allow us to turn on cold/cool water, just hot water. These were minor things we took note of, but overall really enjoyed the room and location! We would stay here again!

Great location

The property is located so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect space and you can see the ocean from the deck. The only negative that we had was that the beds are very hard and not comfy at all.

Great place

This was a great stay for a weekend get away with my friend and dog. Great ocean view and parking spots were great also that came with the condo. The only thing I would say is that in the master bedroom the fan does make an annoying sound when it’s on . Would stay again!

Labor Day week Vacation ‘22

Four of us including adult children, was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the Labor Day fireworks from the balcony. This place was exactly as listed, we had a great time! Perfect communication from Tybee Beach rentals staff. I’d beg to differ from other reviews, beds are fine, temp worked for us. It’s So. Ga y’all! 3rd time in Tybee will visit again.

Location Only

This property is very convenient to the beach. Everything else is old and worn. The sofa is newer but not good for stains. All appliances are old. The dryer made a terrible noise the first time we used it and has rust on the inside The dishwasher was very old and did not clean well. The beds are very hard. This unit could use some TLC. The master shower tub plug would not stay open. The faucet is old and has mold.

4th of July get away

Great location right on the beach. It sucks that there are only two parking spots when it says it can accommodate eight people. Parking can be really expensive, especially if you’re staying multiple days. The beds were really hard, and the AC would not turn below 70°. The patio was great overlooking the beach. we were able To watch the Fourth of July fireworks from the porch swing. Overall really great day. Could work on cleanliness.

Tybee beach

The property is in excellent location. The only good thing going for it was that and the balcony with swing. The condo needed help. The floors were filthy along with carpet. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Had dishes and some glasses. If you rent bring your own dish towels there was only 2. And be prepared to wash towels everyday. There were 6 adults and you will run out. The dryer sounds like a washing machine that is out of balance. The blinds to the sliding door part of those were missing. There was food crumbs all in the sofa cushions. Whatever the cleaning staff are getting paid is too much. Sometimes the lock code on the door wouldn’t work. We tried to use the coasters but the holder fell apart. The paper towel holder fell off the wall when we tried to hang some. Looks like it had been glued. The air unit is set to not go below 70 so it never got cool enough for us.

Cleanliness a problem

This unit needs a good deep cleaning. The corners in the bathrooms were nasty with hair and yuck. Couch and loveseat was so stained that we put a sheet over both during the stay. Master Bathroom threshold very dirty. Beds Are VERY HARD. Ceiling fan didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Dryer was loud and inside of door rusty. Outside porch furniture needs painted and updated compared to other porches. Location was great. Check in/out process easy.

Great Vacation. Perfect Location

First of all, the pictures are old, the owners have done a little updating in the living area only so that was nice. The location is perfect. I’ve been coming to Tybee for years and this is hands down the best location to date, you can see the pier from the balcony and the view of the beach is great! It’s literally 50 yards to the beach. My only gripe is the beds are old and all three are not comfortable, at all. The kitchen is well stocked, make sure you bring coffee filters. The balcony is great for relaxing and hanging out in the morning and evening and we enjoyed it. Fannies/Spanky’s are right around the corner, you can walk to Tybrisa Street where there are shops and restaurants/bars. We stayed the week of the 4th and even though the fireworks were canceled there were plenty of other people shooting off fireworks and we sat on the balcony and watched them. Great place overall, we’ll stay again😊

Great Vacation

Tybee Island is a great get away vacation. The whole process of renting and checking in was super easy. Location is the key and this unit was ideal! The beach and restaurants were just steps away.
