Casa Santana is Alright
Good location. Stores and restaurants all around. Love the neighborhood. Its safe and soldiers are only a block away ( Cuarta Brigada army base). Estadio is short distance. Taxis are easy to catch on Calle 50 also known as Colombia.
Amoblados Medellin has an easy method of access to the property in which you dont interact with anybody face to face but instead are given codes for the front door and the key box for your apartment front door. Very practical and hassle free way of accessing your rental.
Negatives: kitchen lacks a blender, toaster, spatula. My morning eggs were a mess on their stainless steel pan. They dont provide dish soap or scrub or detergent for clothes. No AC only fan. Balcony door has big open air gap above it so insects can come in freely.
Overall good place but needs some work.
