The Pink & Old Clarksville House (Alpha Link Homes)

The Pink House & Old Clarksville House – Two unique stays in downtown Clarksville! Each home has 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, parking, and stylish charm—the Pink House with a sunroom and backyard seating; the Old Clarksville House with a prohibition-era hidden bar. Together they sleep up to 12 guests. Both are minutes to APSU, F&M Bank Arena, dining, 20 min to Fort Campbell, and about an hour to Nashville—perfect for photos!

THE PINK HOUSE

• Concrete padded area with patio furniture to enjoy!
• String lights - SO beautiful at night!
• Arch available for weddings or events
• Table and chair rentals available

🌸SUNROOM:
• Enjoy tea time in our heated/cooled sunroom
• Garden view through the clear windows

THE OC HOUSE
🎩LIVING ROOM:
Our unique space has a huge oil painting of ZEUS commissioned by local artist, Erin Wardell, from Austin Peay State University. The phonograph is bluetooth and you can also play records on it.

🎩DINING ROOM:
The dinner table sits 6 and the hutch in the space is decorated with local finds. It took me over a year to shop for the space so everything is UNIQUE and an experience to carefully explore.

🎩BEDROOM #1:
The front bedroom is towards front of home, includes a gentleman's closet, queen size bed, and tall dresser. There is a sound machine in this space, black-out shades, and a FANdelair to help you sleep comfortably.

🎩BEDROOM #2:
This bedroom includes the door to find the SECRET BAR! It's towards the back of the first floor. It has a full size bed, nightstand, and dresser. A sound machine and FANdelair is also in the room to help you sleep comfortably.

🎩BEDROOM #3 (LOFT):
Two twin beds are located upstairs in the loft. The loft has steep stairs and are the reason we do not allow children under the age of 6 in the home. Upstairs also has 4 leather chairs and a beautifully decorated built-in shelves. The upstairs has a wall unit so you can set the temp as you'd like to sleep well!

🎩BACKYARD:
The back has string lights and a gazebo with a huge chandelier. It's all gorgeous and fun to enjoy any time of the year. We do also have a grill to use and hot lamp, please let us know you would like to use either because they both require propane (Propane fee = $35).

🎩SECRET BAR:
The secret bar is the best space in the home, in my opinion! It's can be found through the back room, and has two french doors to the outside. The bar seats two but there is space to stand and with the back doors open, you have additional seating under the gazebo. It is stocked with wine glasses and has a small hand sink. The TELEVISION is located in this space, it is a Roku TV.

HOUSE RULES:
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We provide make-up removing pads for your convenience!
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 6:00 am. Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Additionally, we do ask that even during times outside of quiet hours, you do not make excessive amounts of noise
• Please note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
• No smoking in the house ($200 fee for breaking)
• No unapproved parties or events ($400 fee for breaking)
• Extra dirty fee ($150 fee for breaking)
• No unauthorized/undisclosed pets ($200 fee for breaking)
• No refunds for unused night which supersedes our cancellation policy
• Unauthorized late checkout policy:
• Unauthorized late checkout fee (1-2 hours): $50/hour
• Unauthorized late checkout fee (+2 hours): Charged one additional night; guest does not have possession of the property for another day
• We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees.
• The host has the authority at any time to enter the property to resolve any issues concerning amenities, cleanliness, or otherwise to ensure guest satisfaction or safety
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm
• Check-out is before 11:00 am
• No children under the age of 6
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Please let us know immediately if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can find alternative sleeping accommodations before your arrival.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
