This locally owned and operated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked up against a lushly wooded greenbelt in a quiet neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps up to seven guests with cozy, well-furnished bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

As you enter, you`ll find yourself in a wide hallway, with the 3 bedrooms and a full bath on your left and the kitchen, dining area, and living room straight ahead. The primary bedroom and ensuite full bath are right off the main living area. The spacious well-stocked kitchen has a large center island for food prep and dining and flows seamlessly into the adjacent dining area and living room. An extra large plush sectional sofa provides plenty of space to stretch out and watch TV. The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortable office space in the primary bedroom. You`ll also have access to amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

This property welcomes business travelers for extended stays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night`s stay.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. Two PETS ARE ALLOWED for a $250 fee.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
