We are Liz and Jack. We look forward to welcoming you to London. We manage a number of holiday let properties in Fitzrovia, central London, as well as many long let properties. We know the area well and can thoroughly recommend it for its central location, great transport links (although you'll probably be mostly on foot as tourist London is very walkable!) and wide choice of bars and restaurants. It's a highly desirable neighbourhood with beautiful architecture and interesting streets. People come from all over London to enjoy some Fitzrovia life. We're lucky enough to be based here and hope to see you here too! We have been letting our properties for over 10 years. We hope we've perfected a warm and professional welcome. We're very happy to help with questions (before or during your stay) or to tailor any trip to suit your needs so just let us know if there's anything we can do. We look forward to seeing you in London!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to get to and from Victoria Station. As others have stated, it can be loud at night, but we used the White Noise app on our phones and had no trouble sleeping. When rooms were chilly we used the provided heaters. Check in was very detailed. I would stay here again!
Thanks Ann. I'm glad you and your friends enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure helping with your stay. The apartment is in central London but I would not expect excessive noise, especially during the night. For those reading in, we leave the keys securely in the building and email the code to you - so you can arrive in your own time without waiting around
Great little spot in Fitzrovia!
Beautiful, light filled apartment in secure building. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the property from the Euston station in about 10-15 minutes. Lots of good restaurants just down the street on Charlotte. We were able to walk to the British Museum (.5 mile) Trafalgar Square (1 mile), Buckingham Palace and other sights. We did take a cab to a few spots ( Victoria and Kensington area and London Tower) and they were easy to catch up on Tottenham. The only comment I would make is that perhaps new pillows are I order-they were a tad flat. Overall we had a good experience at this property.
Thanks very much Carrie. I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. It was a pleasure helping with your trip. It sounds like you made the most of your time here. The pillows are recent purchases but perhaps need some plumper ones added in. I'll check them. Thanks for the note. With good Fitzrovian wishes, Liz
Clean apartment in good neighborhood
The apartment was easy to access, very clean, and in a fairly quiet, yet central neighborhood. The tube station was close and there were lots of good restaurants. That said, it was very centrally located and easy to walk to many sites. The information binder had lots of helpful information about transportation and nearby dining.
The check-in process was easy and spelled out clearly. We never met Liz, but she was very responsive via text message. When we asked for an extra fan as we arrived on what might've been the hottest day ever in London, it arrived within the hour (thanks!).
We never did get the dryer to work though and couldn't find instructions in the information binder.
Thanks Erin, so glad you enjoyed. It was a pleasure welcoming you to London. We're always on hand to help should we be required - wish you'd mentioned the dryer as well. Wishing you good memories of your trip
Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood
Great, thank you. It was a pleasure welcoming you to London
Great family vacation
Neighborhood is great. Liz is very helpful. We wish we could go right back.
Thanks Kasey. So glad you enjoyed. It was a pleasure helping with your trip. Wishing you good memories of your stay. We hope to welcome you back one day
Very clean property in a good (and very safe) location!
I stayed here for a week with a friend while visiting London for the first time. We are older and appreciated having the Warren St. tube station just a few blocks away. We also felt very safe in this location and apartment. The beds were very comfy and it's nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. The bathroom was quite large and lots of mirrors, but it does not have any electrical outlets (maybe that is how it is done in England?) so you will need to dry your hair, etc. in the bedroom. It was lovely to have a hair dryer there to use!
We did not use the kitchen much except to make coffee but it had a nice big refrigerator. We ate out a lot- there are a TON of restaurants within walking distance. Liz, the property manager, was very responsive and handled a problem with the TV (we could not get it to work at all) by bringing over a new one and getting it hooked up. She was lovely to work with! I think this apartment would be rather tight for 5 people, but for the 2 of us it was absolutely perfect.
So glad you enjoyed your stay, Carol. It was a pleasure helping. I enjoyed meeting with you too, hearing what you'd been doing and sounding off about Brexit! That's right about the sockets in the UK. You'll never find one in a bathroom because our electricity is 240V. There's plenty of sockets elsewhere though including in the hallway and bedrooms near mirrors. For two, the apartment is spacey, as you found. As you'll see from the reviews though, it works well for five people too. As you've said, it's a great central location so it offers a really convenient base for families, with two double bedrooms and the sofabed in the living room. I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay and hope we can welcome you back in the future.
We offer a top location in trendy Fitzrovia, in the heart of the West End, a super central spot with a village feel and Georgian architecture.
The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighborhood with a residential and business mix. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a vibrant buzz.
Wander along the road to Charlotte Street or Goodge Street for a fantastic range of shops and a huge choice of delicious restaurants and bars. Or, go further afield to Soho or Covent Garden (15 minutes by foot) and again you're spoil for choice.
Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube. Any direction you go in has plenty to see and do. The streets are interesting and safe, great for exploring.
You can walk to the British Museum and the British Library. Camden is a 5 minute bus journey. You can walk to Oxford Street in 5 minutes, Covent Garden in 15 minutes, Regent's Park in 10 minutes, Marylebone High Street in 10 minutes. You could walk to Leicester Square in 15 minutes or go by tube in 5 minutes. You can get to Southbank and the London Eye in less than 10 minutes by tube.
Several supermarkets are close by (including a good Sainsburys, Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Planet Organic).
