Pool home on a fenced arced lot in Paddock Park. This light and bright home features two sitting areas and a fireplace. All nice sized bedrooms with very own flat-screen Tv's in the rooms. Outside area has ample seating and BBQ area.

5.3 miles approximately to the WEF grounds.

2 pets max $100.00 per pet per stay.

Great house Great location friendly owners

We had a quick trip to Wellington and this house was perfect for us! Owners were always available for questions and answered immediately! We will definitely stay here again.

Great property

The house was as advertised aside from a septic tank project that was happening for the duration of our stay. The dogs loved the fenced in property and the pool was great as well as the house. Lee Ann was a good hostess as always. Highly recommended

the garage

we were somewhat surprised to find that we shared the pool area with renters in what appears to be a garage on property.Some aspects of the home need a little updating.

Thank you Tyler for your feedback. I do disclose that this property is a share property is in the description and is also indicated again under the house rules. And since you were returning guest I assume you already know that my house is all have guest houses.

Amazing Property In Wellington

I can't say enough good things about this property and it's host! Lee Ann couldn't have been any more accommodating for my group. She was a pleasure to deal with and commutation was top notch. The property was great. Everything was as described. Pool area was perfect for hanging out with friends. Great neighborhood, we enjoyed evening walks and chatting with some neighbors. I would 100% rent this property again!

Not very private property/house

It's a guest house in the back of the property, usually rented separately, the common area it's shared and not private, pay attention to that. In our staying, people renting in the back was in and out all the time, it felt little weird. Check-in was supposed to start at 4pm but owner stayed in the property until 5:30. Very beautiful house and neighborhood, but not very private like we expected.

I stayed there to meet you and show you around the home. You showed up later but I did walk around your guests and show them everything and how to operate everything that was inside the home.

Communication Issues

The house is for sale and that is not disclosed on the house details. They showed the house during our rental stay and the communication with the owners was not professional. The house itself was fine though the shower in the master bath does not get hot. The checkin process was more difficult than it needed to be as well. Just a few kinks that the owners need to work out.

It does indicate that the house is for sale. The hot water works great!!!!! You were given 24 hours notice that is required by Fla law. Checkin instruction were given to you as well as to your other guests. I will let vrbo know not to have them home appear on your search results for next year.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The entrance looks beautiful BUT then reality sets in. We were told to enter via the pool entrance. The area surrounding the pool looked dirty and unkept. The entrance to the house [via the pool area] was a worn door that held much dirt. When we entered the house it had a terrible odor and was very hot. We entered to the kitchen area. Underneath the kitchen sink were a bunch of items that seemed to be thrown into that area. The cooking utensils were so worn and one of the cooking spoons was melted off. The oven was dirty. When you turn on the water there was a horrible smell. The windows were all very dirty. The bath towels didn't look very clean. When sitting on one of the reclining sofas the whole sofa fell forward. Me and my family just couldn't stay there and we left as soon as possible. We had to find another place to stay. Now for me to leave knowing that I would lose all my money shows how terrible this place was. I just don't have that kind of money to throw away. Also communicating with the host was not pleasant at all. I did call VRBO and they couldn't help me at all. I will NEVER rent from VRBO again. And beware of renting this house.

I received a call from this guest the moment that they arrived to the home and the only complaint that she told me about was when they drove up that there were people in the pool she was not aware that this was a share property which I informed her that it was and that is listed and indicates that it is shared. She was very upset and she said if she knew it was shared she would never have rented this house nothing else was mentioned about the home at all. She decided to seek accommodations elsewhere after being on the property for only about 15 minutes and left. She never canceled the reservation or complained about anything until the reservation ended. Because she didn't report any issues with the home to VRBO she is not entitled to get any reimbursement back.

Just what we needed during a difficult time

We had to evacuate to the other side of the state during hurricane Ian...we were evacuating with 3 golden retrievers. The first few days in a hotel were a bit cramped so we started looking for properties that would accept dogs and came up on this listing. Lee Ann was so gracious and accomodating, and it was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room inside and a great big huge well maintained fenced in yard. Our dogs loved it...it was like a vacation for them! The neighborhood is very nice too, and it was nice to walk the dogs in the morning and check out the beautiful houses. I would highly recommend this property for someone with pets or a large group.

Hurricane Escape

We stayed at this wonderful property for a few days to escape hurricane Ian. They were awesome to deal with accommodating our needs due to the hurricane. Always accessible. Property was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is great - close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

Family Graduation Trip

Our stay at Lee Ann’s home was perfect. Only 4 of us were there so we had plenty of room I loved everything about her home it was peaceful and quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Fenced and gated property that was landscaped to perfection. The home was clean with every amenity mentioned. The pool area was a very relaxing environment We had another person staying in the guest house that was very pleasant we spent time talking to him each day as he was there alone and we wanted him to feel comfortable Even though I had no complaints so no reason to reach out to Lee Ann she did contact me to make sure we got in and everything was fine I’m sure if we did need anything she would have responded quickly She just came across as a very friendly and accommodating person One that I’d be glad to reach out to and rent from again If your looking for relaxing quiet and friendly vacation spot close to everything This is the home for you I highly recommend renting from Lee Ann

Great place for groups

Place was great for a group of adults. We each had our own space and there was plenty of room to come together for spending time together. We were in town for concerts and the amphitheater and we’re able to enjoy the pool during the day and head out for the evenings.

Beautiful Home

Had and amazing time for my birthday, house was safe and clean. They had an amazing pool and jacuzzi, everything was good. Would recommend if you have 6 or more guest to rent out the guest house on the property as well so you won't have to share the beautiful space.

Wedding weekend

I have to say that this place was perfect! The owner is super easy to communicate with and work with. The house was great! I couldn’t have asked for better place for me and my family to stay to attend my daughters wedding, which was the next street over, another reason why this property was a blessing for us! If I lived on this side of the state and could afford it, I’d buy the place! It might need some updates, but the owner has done great job with the place. It will be a shame when it sells that it won’t be available anymore because it is perfect for families. And the owners are great to deal with and I’m sure that’s hard to find as well in a lot of rentals. We highly recommend this place for your rental needs and to buy if looking.!

family getaway

Our puppy and kid were in heaven , perfect calm house to get away , grocery store close by , really nice space , we were only 4 in there but easily 8 could be comfortable . Owner lady very nice , she brought surprises for our daughter for the pool . WE will be back !

Nice neighborhood

The house is ok in general. The park is beautiful and it has a very nice swimming pool. Just be mindful that there is another house in the same property and if it’s rented you will need to share the pool and the park. Two of the mattresses had a bit of a skew towards the center and the hot water was quite smelly (but I guess it’s related to the amount of minerals in the soil). One of the rooms had a quite bad humidity issue and the ceiling started to drip. I guess they will fix that. The neighborhood is superb.

Ty for letting me know. These mattress are steam quarterly and mattress protectors on all the beds. I check the room that you said there is a leak in the ceiling and ty for letting me know. We are on it. Also checkout was today at 10am. You ask to stay til 4 which I did at no extra charge. Happy hunting for your next vacation stay.

Wellington 4 Bedroom

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Thank you to Lee Ann for being very communicative. That helped a lot. We would stay here again for sure. Home is spacious and plenty of room. Don't anticipate newer furnishings, a bit dated but completely worked for our purposes as a family. If you plan on staying here, make sure you talk to LeeAnn about the pool (heat: in March, didn't quite reach warm enough to swim in), hot tub (not advertised so not heated) and that there may be other renters in their guest house adjacent. Hot water not working in master shower during our visit and would have liked extra blankets around the home (cold weekend in Wellington for some reason). TVs were a bit difficult to use (so we didn't use them) as not just a straight turn on and watch (that would be nice in a VRBO rental). Beds are very comfortable. Any of these things within Owner's control, I am certain LeeAnn would help with prior to your visit. So we have no problem recommending this property to anyone.

Does seem to be a very nice group of people who originally was f o u r but I have to say I was very shocked and surprised to find out a proxy nine people have stayed here that was not disclosed. but however I would not hesitate to recommend them to any HomeAway owners or house they kept the home in very nice condition which I greatly appreciate it. And we're pretty easy to deal with on the most part.
