We’re glad you found the property clean and enjoyed the view, but we’re sorry that several aspects of the space made it less comfortable and functional than you expected. We appreciate you pointing out the missing cooking supplies and utensils, difficult-to-open cabinets and drawers, limited indoor seating, dining furniture, and shower door. These are all helpful details, and we’ll share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be reviewed and addressed. We’re especially sorry about the shower door causing water to spill onto the floor. That’s certainly something we want to correct. We also understand your comments about the overall comfort and functionality of the space, particularly during the heat wave when enjoying the outdoor area wasn’t practical.
