The Neighborhood:
Al Muneera consists of residential apartment towers, beach-side villas, townhouses, retail outlets, restaurants and a commercial office building. The community's unique feature is the canal that splits Al Muneera island from the mainland. A tranquil canal has been created as a result with cafes and restaurants located along waterfront paths and promenades for residents and the general public to enjoy. The retail outlets at Al Muneera and the large public spaces including beach and children's play area are sure to be popular with Abu Dhabi's residents and visitors alike.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
