> No events or parties with guests other than the up to 8 registered staying guests.
> Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Neighbors and the HOA expect AND MONITOR this. This is important everywhere, and critically important and enforced on the roof.
> Guests accept responsibility for children’s safety — house is family friendly but not child proof, with no child gates, no outlet covers and multiple stairs.
> Guest email address required for check-in instructions and details
> Completed rental agreement and copy of state-issued ID required before arrival (you may block out birth month/day and ID # for privacy)
> Please respect the home as you would your own
