We spent summers growing up in Hampton Bays. In 1951 the original house was a one-room school house, trucked on a flatbed out to Hampton Bays. My grandfather built many of the cottages on this block. The area has a lot of family history. After many years, we decided to knock it down and rebuild, so many people could experience the area we love- in a brand new, comfortable, year-round house.

Mineola Court is a little slice on heaven out East. It's quiet, a place to rejuvenate, spent time with family or friends. The beauty of this house and location is that there are many wonderful things to do: wineries, dinner, boat rides. Yet, you easily have the option to stay in, cook and take a stroll down the block to the private beach!

The title says it all. Less than a 10 minute ride to the beach. Accommodating owners. If you don't need to be waterfront, but want to be in the South Hamptons, just do it.

The town does not provide trash pickup.
Household trash should be in town issued green plastic bags (provided) and placed in trash can in garage with lid secured. Recyclables glass/plastic, paper/cardboard should be left in plastic bins in garage as well (please do NOT use green town bags for recyclables). We appreciate your effort.
As an addendum to the current Terms and Conditions, I must add:
For the dates of 7/10, 7/11, 7/12 2015 the owner and manager of this property will be unavailable. The housekeeper and contractor’s telephone number, along with the local police, ambulance and fire department numbers will be provided.
The guest’s understand that owner and manager’s unavailability cannot result in any additional discount or refunds.
