In the heart of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, you'll find our lovely 4-bedroom getaway. Nestled just a 16-minute drive from the stunning Bushkill Falls and a 10-minute drive from the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, this property offers the perfect base for your outdoor adventures.

Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool or beach or unwind in the indoor pool and hot tub. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the game room. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy a movie night with the smart TV and video library.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Dine together at the spacious dining table, or fire up the grill for an alfresco feast on the porch.

Phil and Gaby were exceptionally hospitable! They left us a welcome basket with treat and s'mores as well as a doggy welcome package for our pooch. Phil was in constant communication via text before and during our stay, and I especially appreciated his guided tour of the property when we arrived (he was virtual). We also loved the burning fires in the family room and enjoying the spacious game rooms and lounging space in the basement! The VRBO photos and descriptions were spot on. We also really enjoyed the facilities at Saw Creek village, including the ski slopes (super convenient and perfect for beginners!), indoor tennis / pickleball courts, and the indoor pool. Thanks, Phil and Gaby, for a great holiday getaway!

This was my second time staying in this house. It made a wonderful venue for my families holiday getaway. Plenty of space for everyone and our dog who loved the woods as his back yard for the weekend.

House was a great size for 7 adults. Property was nicely situated with a forest located behind it. We got to experience many different types of wildlife. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Host was generous and left us gifts including something for our dog.

Phil, our host was wonderful. Incredibly nice and easy to get in-touch with morning or night. I would recommend renting from him. The house was also super clean and not short on space for people to gather or sleep. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Provided firewood and fire pit was a nice touch as well. All in all, lovely stay.

Gated community with pools, etc. Nice house, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was stocked, so easy to cook most nights. Only went to Top of the World pool, which was very nice with bar and restaurant. Easy to get to Rt. 209 for hiking and a raft trip.

House was very clean and in a great location. Well stocked. Very comfortable. Owner was absolutely fantastic. We had a couple things come up and he took care of them immediately. Very nice community. I would defintely recomend this house to other families.

I decided to do a last minute booking at this property and I could not be more pleased. The house was super clean and inviting. I’m picky with cleanliness and it was spotless. Loved sitting on the screened porch watching nature and the pool time was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar at the outdoor pool which was a lot of fun. The owner was super nice and was easy to reach with a special request we made. Will definitely be back!

I think we may have been the first occupants for the season, and the house must have been locked up for a few months. The house really needed to be aired out, there was a serious musty smell when we got in, especially in the basement. There were dried leaves, obviously from last fall, on the patio and the screened patio, and thick cobwebs as well. I ended up having to broom the patios just so it could be more comfortable and clean for our use. The patio chairs and cushions needed to be cleaned as well. There were also some issues with the shower heads in two of the bathrooms. The owner was nice, but I would recommend that he visit the house prior to visitors coming in to make sure the house is up to standard.

Love the place

Phil was a great host. I don’t think he ever sleeps because even late at night he answers my questions. The pool table is a plus. We shared memories with my family in that cozy house.

Play off weekend

My nephew a few friends and I travel to the Poconos for a getaway and to watch the football playoffs. The house was perfect! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, skiing on site, safe and peaceful. The house is spacious.and comfortable. Livable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. House was clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to tubing and skiing. Great place for a family. We might make this an annual event! Thank you!
